Hi! My name is Ms. Stratford. I was born in Southern California and moved to New Jersey when I was eight years old. I have a certificate in early childhood education and am currently working towards a Bachelors in Child Development. I started with Primrose School of Randolph when they first opened their doors as a Lead Teacher and am thankful to have grown in my role to Education Coach at the school. I grew up in a house with a single mother who I am extremely close to due to all the love and guidance she has given me throughout my life. I like to share that guidance and love with the staff and children in my care.
I have been educating young minds for 10 years now. I have worked with children ranging from 2 years to 10 years old. The mind of a child has always amazed me and I take great pride in providing my students with the most enriching educational experiences. My goal is to help my students with all their learning and to be good citizens. Aristotle said, “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” We work on role modeling generosity, friendship, sharing, taking turns, etc in our classrooms. I am looking forward to being a part of your child’s formative years.
I am an outdoor and sports enthusiast. During the winter when I am not at home or work you can find me at the local ski mountain. I enjoy snowboarding, skiing, and hiking. I also love playing softball, watching baseball, watching football and hockey.
Hi! My name is Mrs. Bharwani. I was born and raised in India and moved to the U.S. about 30 years ago. I find caring for infants to be one of the most fulfilling jobs. Dr. John Trainer said, “Children are not a distraction from the most important work. They are the most important work.” This resonates with me every day as parents trust me with their most precious possession. I get very excited and emotional every time I see a baby cross a milestone.
I have been with Primrose School of Randolph since they opened their doors and I love the Primrose Schools Balanced Learning approach. I truly believe that the best way to empower children and help them reach their full potential is by nurturing their curiosity. I can relate to this because my mother always instilled this in us. She was a big proponent of educating all her daughters even when that was not the social norm. The value she put on education has stuck with me throughout the years and is another big reason I chose to go into educating children and touching the lives of so many.
Before working in the child care industry, I owned my own garment business in New York for almost 28 years. My two girls have been my greatest joys. Now they have their own careers and they always joke that I have replaced them with my babies at work. Being the oldest of 4 children I was a big part in the upbringing of my eight nieces and nephews. Outside of work, I love to travel with my family. I also love to cook and try new foods.
My love for children has always been strong and has motivated me to work in a very fulfilling position as an Infant teacher. I am so excited to work in the infant room at Primrose. I can't wait to make new memories with all the babies, their families and our fabulous staff. I’ll see you in class as we learn and grow together.
I’m Mrs. Tillawi. I have 12 years experience working in child care.
I enjoy Primrose’s philosophy of teaching to the whole child. What children become is as important as what they know. The topics are laid out in a way that is different than anywhere else I have worked. My favorite part of the day is when I see children’s faces light up when they learn something new and grasp a topic we are discussing.
Thank you for stopping by and we hope to see you soon at our school.
hello, I am Mrs. Stites. I have been with Primrose since the first year they opened. I have my Bachelors Degree and have been teaching Early Childhood Education for over a decade. I have spent time and taught in all the classrooms at Primrose. I really enjoy Primrose’s take on educating children even at the youngest age. I look forward to meeting each student and his/her family and to assist him/her in their developmental stages. They learn so rapidly and we must get started early in infancy to help them to make the best choices in life as they mature throughout their childhood stages.
I am so glad to be a part of Primrose with all the wonderful children we are able to get to know and a wonderful staff that feel like a second family.
Hello, I am Mrs. Parasa.Teaching in the Toddler room is a fun and rewarding experience. They provide unconditional love and help to brighten my days. Primrose allows me to teach toddlers different types of topics in fun ways. The Balanced Learning approach helps to meet the children’s needs in a unique way. In my free time I enjoy cooking, reading and spending time with my children and husband. I look forward to getting to know all the toddlers as they enter my class.
Hello, I am Mrs. Bhavsar. I have always had a passion for children and love being an influence in a child’s life. My son attends the Primrose School of Randolph too and he loves being in school. I have worked with children for a few years and enjoy every moment of it. My hobbies include traveling, music and food
I love singing songs with the children and reading stories. My day is brightened and fulfilled when I am able to help a child find joy in learning.
I really enjoy Primrose's unique approach. The puppets are so fun in the way they embody different positive personality traits that help make children well rounded. The curriculum breaks down lessons and topics in a way that is interesting and stimulating to children. I am so happy to be a part of such a great place to learn.
Hello, I am Mrs. Bell. My family is the joy of my life. I am thrilled to be nurturing and teaching the youngest citizens. I take great pride in teaching our curriculum which is also research-informed and blends purposeful play with nurturing guidance to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion.
Hello, I am Ms.Kaldas. Working with children allows me to utilize my creative side and help children develop positively. Seeing the children meet new challenges from potty training to new self-help skills in an inspiring experience.
I enjoy Primrose for its outlook on learning. As part of Primrose's curriculum, we also focus on character development through puppets. The puppets help introduce positive personality characteristics and are a fun way to convey information. Primrose values are also something that I find beneficial to child development.
Hello, I'm Ms. Reagle. I have enjoyed working with children for over 5 years. It is great to see the joy in a child’s face when they succeed in their work. It is especially rewarding to see a child who is having difficulty with an activity or task, finally succeed at it. Being a part of that success makes it even more rewarding for me as a teacher. I love working with children and I am proud to be part of the Primrose Family.
Hello, I am Ms. Tafe. I came to Primrose through my cousins who also attend school here. I am pursuing my Masters in Early Childhood Education. When working with children I like to help them tap into their creative side. Arts and crafts are my favorite activity to do. There the children are able to express themselves as individuals. I love to see them grow and become comfortable in their personalities. Primrose provides an opportunity to teach children beyond books. Primrose’s curriculum teaches to the whole child making sure they are a good person as well as an educated one. I support their mantra of “Who children become is as important as what they know.”

Hello! We are Bijal and Manish Shah, dedicated parents and the Franchise Owners of the Primrose School of Randolph. We would love to get the opportunity show you all the wonderful things that Primrose can offer your child and family! As parents of two amazing young boys (ages 8 and 4), we understand first hand the importance of ensuring that children get the best start in life.
We bring to Primrose Schools a unique blend of advanced education, practical business experience and entrepreneurial expertise. Bijal has a Masters Degree in Management and has worked in marketing and sales for several large corporations. Manish holds a dual Masters Degree in Management and Taxation and is a self-employed CPA.
Our two boys are the primary reason we decided to open Primrose. Our endeavor began when searching for quality childcare for our older son – this is where we realized that our high standards would make it difficult to be satisfied with the typical daycare establishment. Our desire to find the best care for our own children quickly developed into a passion to provide an educational and nurturing environment for children of the community as well as peace of minds for parents just like us. When we first learned about Primrose Schools, we were immediately impressed by the incredible impact their meaningful early education experiences were having on children. The Primrose Schools belief statement, “who children become is as important as what they know” also really resonates with us. We want children to have wonderful opportunities through quality education experiences, but we also want them to learn important social-emotional skills so they grow into good citizens.
Primrose School of Randolph features the Balanced Learning® curriculum in infant through Pre-Kindergarten classrooms. Developed and taught exclusively at Primrose Schools, the research informed curriculum blends purposeful play with nurturing guidance to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion.
We are thrilled to bring the Primrose School experience to the Randolph community. We invite you to join us on this incredible journey! Contact us by pressing the “Schedule a Tour” button on our home page or email us directly at:
