Julia and David Shelton are area residents and Franchise Owners of the Primrose School of Preston Hollow, the first metropolitan Dallas location which opened in February 2015 and the Primrose School at White Rock opening in January 2022. Julia and David are college sweethearts and proud parents of two daughters. The couple is very involved in the community. Julia has served on the boards of the Lake Highlands Junior Women's League, the Junior Group of the Dallas Garden Club, a local chapter of MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers, International) and the Notre Dame School. She has also been involved in the Junior League of Dallas, the Dallas Symphony Chorus, the Lake Highlands Women’s League, 100 Women of Lake Highlands, Vogel Alcove and local school PTAs. Julia, David, and their children enjoy being active members of Park Cities Baptist Church, where they are involved in the children's ministry and are active in Sunday school. Julia earned a Master's degree from SMU and pursued her passion for education by becoming a teacher focusing on reading and language curriculums, working in both the Dallas and Plano Independent School Districts. David, a native Dallasite, is a partner at Segovia Partners, a retail commercial real estate firm, a position he will continue to hold while being involved in the operations at these Primrose Schools. David’s oldest real estate client is Primrose Schools and he has helped to place over 25 schools across DFW, the rest of Texas as well as the surrounding states.

We are grateful for our partnership with Church of the Incarnation allowing us a temporary home while we work through the rebuilding process. We appreciate the ongoing support and encouragement we continue to receive from the entire Preston Hollow community.
