Greetings and most humble salutations, my name is Ms. Hodo! I am an elementary education major with two endorsements in ESL and special education from Lewis University hailing all the way from Lynwood, IL, and I’m so excited to be your child’s teacher! I’ve fallen in love with the art of teaching at a very young age. Prior to physically teaching my own classroom, I would align my stuffed animals against the wall and pretend to have school with them. That passion then drove me to educate my younger relatives and assist in the education field as much and often as possible. Being an open, nurturing, and flexible individual has equipped me perfectly for this job. My scope of experience ranges from teaching at previous childcare centers all the way through high school settings. In my free time from school and teaching, I love to watch Grey’s Anatomy. I am truly a teacher by day and a “surgeon” by night! I can’t wait to build a rapport with you, your family, and my students. With an all-hands-on-deck approach, we can successfully enrich the students, and work to excel inside and outside of the classroom. I look forward to connecting with each and every one of you as we blossom into a family and uphold Primrose's excellence!
