I grew up in Northern Kentucky and have been working with children in different capacities since I was 16. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with my Bachelor’s in Business Management in 2008. I have been with the Proctor and Gamble GO center since it opened in 2010 and have held many positions as an Infant teacher, Assistant Director and now School Director. My family resides in Maineville, OH. My husband and I have a beautiful daughter and handsome son who both attend Primrose. I look forward to helping the children develop and hit milestones throughout their time at the school as well as providing assistance to our families.
Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family and friends at Kings Island and doing anything outdoors.
The Primrose character I relate most to is Megy because I love to research and find answers to things. I am very proficient with computers and technology.
The thing I enjoy most about the early education field is watching the children grow and learn so much in the short time they are with our school.
I grew up in Alexandria, Kentucky. I have loved working with kids my whole life and always knew I wanted to be a teacher. I have a degree in Elementary Education from Morehead State, but when I started a job as an infant teacher I knew I found my calling. I now have 6 years of professional childcare experience under my belt. My favorite children's book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom.
Outside of school I enjoy spending time with family and going to Disney World.

I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. I moved to Cincinnati in 2014. I have 4 years of experience with children. I love children of all ages and I only have one child myself, she is an adult. I believe that children are the future and it starts at a young age to teach them properly. It takes a village to raise a child.
Outside of school I enjoy writing, poetry, bowling, going out to eat, and shopping.

I am 29 and from Loveland, Ohio. I am currently planning my wedding and I have the best dog, named Rembrandt. I love all things Disney and my favorite animal is llamas! I work with preschool age students at church on a weekly basis, so I am excited about working with different age groups as well as PreK at Primrose.

I‘ll start from the beginning…I’ve loved working with children since I began in this field 15 years ago! After graduating from SCP, I attained my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education attending both Cincinnati State College and Antioch College in Yellow Springs, OH. I look forward to being in Toddler A as it is an opportunity for me to bond with the children as I teach them new skills.

I fell in love with working with children many years ago and I started my career initially as an in-home childcare provider. I attended Wright State University and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I’m currently finishing up my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis on child & family studies. I’ve always enjoyed studying children’s behavior and their overall development. I am the mother of two (Jabria and Juwan) and also a grandmother of two (Charlie and Chase). I have been in the child care field since 2001 and love every minute of it. I love traveling, communication, teaching, and “firsts”. My miracle (son) was born in 2011 and since, I have literally be following every roll, craw, and step. He started walking at 9 months and conversing with me at 18 months. Having him at 43, I soon realized teaching/guiding children through discovery would be a very rewarding career full of smiles, laughter, and “funny” faces. Discovering the “I can” beatitude is a great start in growth and education. The first intention grasp, words, footsteps, tastes, and understanding…all with facial expressions beyond beautiful. My world, joyfully, revolves around children.

I was originally a geology major turned education major in college until I was needed more at home. I love teaching because children are so eager to learn. The Youngs – who have three grown children – have been married for nearly 40 years, and always dreamed of building a business together. Before becoming a Franchise Owner, Dona served as chairman, president and CEO of a Fortune 1000 company that provides life, annuity and asset management products. During the course of her 30-year career, she has honed a passion for education, talent development, business and corporate governance. Dona serves on two corporate boards, is an elected trustee of Save the Children and Save the Children International, and also serves on the board of the Saint James School, a preparatory school in Maryland. An active business consultant, Dona provides high-level guidance and support for their Primrose schools.
A graduate of Cornell University, Roland practiced law for 30 years and was the managing partner of a Connecticut law firm prior to pursuing his lifelong dream of nurturing and growing a business of his own. He has also taught at the junior high, high school and graduate school levels. Roland is a passionate, spirited and hands-on Franchise Owner who manages the majority of the operations for their schools. As a litigator, Roland measured his success based on wins for his clients. These days, he measures his success by the hugs and high fives he receives from Primrose children and the developmental accomplishments he witnesses.
