Contact UsI'm from Albuquerque, New Mexico where I grew up with my parents, an older brother and an older sister that both have families of their own. In 2016, I met my husband playing sand volleyball which is one of our favorite things to do! We got married in 2019 and welcomed our beautiful son in June of 2021.
I've always had a passion for teaching and working with young children and was fortunate enough to become a teacher here at Primrose for three and a half years before being promoted to Admissions Coordinator in September of 2020 and then Director in April of 2022. I enjoy being able to connect with the students in the classrooms and the parents that I see and meet every day! I always look forward to coming into work to feel the warmth and sincerity that our families, staff, and owners share for our school. I look forward to working with you all!
I am very excited to be the Curriculum Coordinator. I focus on teacher training and support. With over six years of Primrose teaching experience in classrooms ranging from Toddlers to Pre-Kindergarten, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our teaching teams in fully implementing our Balanced Learning approach in each classroom.
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where I obtained a law degree and worked as a corporate attorney for 22 years. It was not until I moved to the United States that I discovered a passion for teaching. I have been married for 40 years and I have two sons and three grandchildren. I am so excited to be a part of this Leadership Team!
I am originally from Cache Valley, UT. I am currently enrolled online at Utah State University. Working with children has been the greatest privilege I have experienced. I am one of three siblings and I love my family dearly. My favorite title is “Auntie K” by my four nieces and three nephews. In my free time, I enjoy being around the water or on the baseball diamond in a pick-up game of softball. I have been with Primrose since 2019 and in June of 2023 joined the leadership team.
I'm a mother of two boys. I have over 18 years of experience working with young children, including over 5 years with Primrose! I love singing to children of all ages. I also love getting to know all the families here at Primrose. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies and going to the park.
Hello! My name is Ana. I have been with Primrose for 16 years. I enjoy teaching children of all ages. I love incorporated sign language skills into their daily lessons. My hobbies include playing soccer, traveling with my husband, and spending time with my three children and granddaughter.
Hello, my name is Jessica. I grew up in a small town called Somers, CT. I have three grown children and three grandchildren. I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College. I moved to Texas in September of 2020 with my husband and daughter. I enjoy spending time outside whether it’s going for walks with my dog, boating or gardening. I like exploring all the different things Austin has to offer!
Hello! My name is Ms. Kimett. I was born and raised in Utah. We moved to Texas in 2016. When my four children were young, I had an in-home daycare. As my children became teenagers I switched over and worked with the elderly in an assisted living facility. I also became a massage therapist in 2008. I am excited to be getting back to caring for young children. Some of my favorite things to do are hanging out with my husband, spending time with my grandchildren, visiting famers markets, pedicures and taking long naps.
Hello! My name is Kimberly. I am originally from Huntington Beach, CA. I moved here from Forth Worth with my husband and 2 sons. I have a Bachelors Degree in Communicative Disorders from California State University. I have worked with 3 and 5 years old with disabilities and has enjoyed teaching them to communicate in various ways in preparation for kindergarten. In my free time I love cooking, gardening, going to concerts with family and attending my sons' swim meets.
Hi, I am Mrs. Michelle. I am from Las Cruces, NM. I have been married to my navy veteran for over 15 years now. We have 3 beautiful children who attend school here in Pflugerville. I have been working with children for most of my life and have been a part of the Primrose family for over 3 years. I recently earned my CDA in early childhood. I enjoy reading, movies, and you can find me at the baseball fields with my kids.
Hello! My name is Tanya. I was born in Los Angeles CA, and moved to Lebanon when I was 10. I finished my high school diploma at Eastwood College. I studied my bachelor’s degree at Haigazian University. I studied Early Childhood Education with a Teaching Diploma. I got married in 2014 and my husband and I have a a beautiful girl named 3-year-old daughter named Julia. We have moved to the United states to start a better life for family. I love travelling I'm always ready for a new adventure and discovering new cultures. My favorite type of foods are Tex- Mex and Mediterranean.
My name is Desiree, but I prefer to go by Rae. I grew up in a small town called Cooper, Texas. I moved to Round Rock with my husband, daughter of 11 years and cats in 2018.I started my Early Childhood Education journey in 2010. I have completed my CDA courses, and in the long term I would like to get my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I love music, art, food, books camping and plants. I also play hand drums and the ukulele.
My name is Brittany. I have lived in Taylor, TX for my whole life with my parents until recently. I graduated from Taylor High School, class of 2015. My name is Courtney , I am from Corpus Christi and moved to Round Rock with my fiancé. My family lives in Austin which is why we decided to move to be closer to them and start a new chapter in our lives with exciting opportunities. I am originally from Pflugerville, but I now live in Round Rock. My family is a huge supporter of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. In my free time I enjoy volunteering at church and babysitting. I also love running and hiking with my two dogs. I am very excited to have joined the Primrose Family.

My name is Mrs. Umana. I have been blessed with a wonderful husband and 4 children. I was born in Queens, NY but raised in Austin. I have over 12 years childcare experience from being a nanny, working at PfISD, both in the classroom setting to management in a licensed facility. Teaching children is my favorite. I have been married for 23 years. My husband and I have three children. I comes to Primrose with 20 years of childcare experience and I'm excited to be on this team. I came from a little town name Colorado City. I left when I was 19 years old and moved to Dallas and then to Round Rock. I am originally from Temple, TX and I moved to the Austin area in the summer of 2022. I have 6 years experience working with children of all ages, but I especially enjoy the younger children. I will complete my associates of arts degree in teaching in December of 2023 and I plan on pursuing my bachelors of arts in Early Childhood Education. I am so excited to be here at Primrose!

I joined Primrose in May of 2016 with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and my Child Development degree, specializing in Preschool. I am married and we have a son named Simon. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family and watching Simon grow and learn!

My journey to becoming a Primrose owner started many years ago in a small town in Iowa. My mom cared for children in her home, and I loved having so many playmates. Ever since then, I knew I wanted to work with children. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Art Education at the University of Northern Iowa and had the pleasure of student teaching in Round Rock, achieving my teaching certification. We loved the Austin area so much that my high school sweetheart Matt and I moved to Texas, married, and put down roots.
My future as a middle school art teacher evolved after we had our first child. I realized the love I had for nurturing and educating the young child. My professional career started in a preschool classroom and as I grew as a teacher so did my love for working with other teachers and the families we cared for.
The past 20 years I’ve spent growing as a leader and experiencing a variety of programs. We had two more children of our own and built a home in Pflugerville. I joined Primrose Schools in 2016 as a school director, knowing Primrose Schools is on the cutting edge of child development. Tommy and Anna Thompson have been amazing mentors and friends these past 6 years. They have supported my growth in ways for which I will forever be grateful. When they approached me about joining them on the ownership team, I was excited for the challenge. I knew this was where I belonged.
I’m honored to provide quality education and care to our Pflugerville community. All children should have an opportunity to be Primrose children as my own have been.

Tommy and Anna Thompson welcome you to the Primrose School of Pflugerville at Falcon Pointe. When searching for childcare for their daughter, Harper, they struggled to find an option they were excited to partner with as parents. A good friend introduced them to a Primrose School, and they were blown away by the quality curriculum, caring teachers, and overall professionalism. They are thrilled to be Primrose owners and Primrose parents. Caring for people is their passion. They previously owned a home care company serving older adults. After building that business from the beginning to a successful transition to new owners, they traveled for 16 months around the world. Both dreamed of becoming teachers as children, and owning a Primrose is a realization of that childhood hope. Though the age they serve has changed, the mission has not to deliver quality service and make a positive difference in the lives of the staff and families they work with. They are proud of their two daughters who attended Primrose from babyhood through Pre-K graduation (and are now enthusiastic fans of Primrose Summer Adventure Club) and enjoy watching their youngest son grow and learn at Primrose School of Pflugerville.
