"The admins and teachers at this location are top notch: they’re very professional, organized, responsive, and most importantly, kind and warm towards the kids - and us parents too haha. My family has been with this school for just over a year now, and all 3 of my toddler boys attend (1-3 yo age range at the time of this review). They were all super shy and had bad separation anxiety before starting school, so I was really worried about their transition from home care to daycare. But to my surprise they adjusted so quickly! I know it was only possible because of the safe, warm, fun, and enriching environment of the school. My kids not only stopped crying at drop off within the first week (my youngest never even cried at all), but ever since then, they are always excited to go to school at drop off and are coming home in good moods at pick up. It means the world to see pictures of them throughout the day with huge smiles on their faces. Whenever I’ve had any questions or concerns (which were all minor) they’d answer or address them right away and always follow up with me. I’ve also really appreciated that the school remained opened -while still being responsible- and safe all throughout covid. They always took extra safety measures and were proactive/transparent with communication, keeping us up to date, and giving all the relevant information for parents to make their own informed decisions about whether or not to send the kids to school during the pandemic. In my experience it felt like they didn’t skip a single beat transitioning from normal life to pandemic life, though I know there must have been a lot of extra preparation and planning behind the scenes. I feel confident that my kids are safe and happy while at school and they’re also always coming home with some new words/knowledge/skills they learned at school." Gina Zhang 1/26/21

"Whoa where did you learn that!" is a common phrase in our house. Our little 2 year old has been going to Primrose for over a year now and it has been a real treat. We came from a neighboring daycare and I'm telling you the difference was night and day. We have gone through the pandemic with this daycare and have barely missed a beat, they have done everything under the sun to make everyone feel safe. If you have are shopping for a daycare and are considering Primrose just go there one morning and watch how smooth and awesome everyone is with the kids, you won't think twice about sending your kid here. They are great. It's a shame we have to miss a lot of the festivities b/c of COVID but normally they do a lot of great things with the kids afterschool, and have date night stuff etc, which I'm sure will come back once it's safe. Our youngest has been going to Primrose PTC since she was 1 and now she’s in the PreK program. The staff and management are absolutely excellent! Our daughter is excited to go to school every day which is such a blessing!
