Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Schedule A TourHello and welcome to Primrose School of Park Cities. My name is Jamie Pryor and I am the Area Director for the Rigley Primrose Schools. I am originally from Tennessee where I graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education. I am the proud mom of three amazing, grown children. I have been in the Early Childhood field for over 25 years as a teacher and director in preschools as well as teaching in the elementary school system. I thoroughly enjoy working with young children. I feel that early childhood education is one of the most important fields to be in because the children we encounter are like sponges: their minds are eager to learn and absorb all we have to offer, and Primrose has a phenomenal way of being able to educate their young minds while having a balance of nurturing guidance and purposeful play within our classrooms.
I look forward to partnering with each one of you in your child's educational journey with us at Primrose.
My name is Esther Hongnoi and I am the Executive Director for Primrose School of Park Cities! I will be overseeing admissions as well as classroom education. I will also be providing training and support for our teachers and students!
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Art in Austin, Texas. I started my Primrose journey in my last year in college. I started off as a support teacher and became a lead Pre-K teacher when I graduated. Throughout my ten years at Primrose, I have taught Pre-K, Early Preschool, and Preschool students. I have been with Dr. Rigley and Jamie for 6 years and have worked as an Education Coach and Director. My passion has always been in Early Childhood Education!
I am married to husband, Tony, whom I have known since Junior High! We have two energetic boys! As a family, we love going to museums and making spontaneous trips to Austin!
You can always reach me via email at Esther@PrimroseParkCities.com. I am beyond excited to get to know you and your family!
Hello, my name is Kimberly LeMaster. I am a native Texan, originally from Houston, and received my Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University “WHOOP!!”
I am the proud mother of three incredible boys that are my pride and joy. My oldest started college, then decided to serve his country as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army, and is now a veteran and finishing his degree in Business. My middle son is attending The University of Mississippi, and my youngest is a Junior at Highland Park High School.
I have over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Development as a teacher and an Assistant Director in preschool, private kindergarten, and elementary school. I LOVE working with children, watching each one grow to their fullest potential, and become prepared for their next level of education. I truly have a genuine appreciation for each child and their unique God-given talents and personalities.
I love ALL sports… especially The Dallas Cowboys and The Houston Rockets. I love to serve others and am a regular volunteer for Operation Care International, a ministry that serves the homeless. My favorite thing to do is travel and spend time with my family.
I am passionate about early childhood education and the quality of nurturing care the children receive at all Rigley’s Primrose Schools! I look forward to getting to know you and your children!
Sincerely,
Kimberly

Primrose character I most relate to: PercyHi! My name is Dr. Noel J. Rigley PhD, and I along with my (late wife) Dr. Pratiksha Rigley and my daughters Maya Ann and Meira Ariane, come from three generations of early childhood educators. We are passionate about early childhood education and we are committed to serving the educational needs of every community we touch. As a family of educators, we are the proud owners of Primrose Schools of Frisco West, Klyde Warren Park, Park Cities, Preston Meadow, Prestonwood, Plano at Deerfield, Temple, and Waco at Woodway. I am eager for you to learn more about our Balanced Learning Approach when you visit our school. Prior to our Primrose journey, becoming a parent was the start of understanding the importance of sharing milestones and precious moments with a select few. Knowing that having good quality childcare would be a home away from home, meant care that would help my children become individuals who could positively influence their immediate environment and future generations. We have always felt our values should be above standard, and during our childcare search, we were underwhelmed with our findings. My wife and I were excited to discover a Primrose for our girls where our standards were not only met but surpassed!
Our Primrose journey began when our oldest daughter Maya was born, but it wasn’t until the birth of our second daughter, Meira, that I decided to couple my experience with my passion for early childhood education to open our first Primrose School in 2003! Since then, we have had the honor and privilege of becoming the proud owners of 7 schools. As an owner, I feel it is important that I am involved in every aspect of our schools, from the curriculum implementation to the menu. In providing a home away from home for our families, our highest priority is the health, safety and growth of our staff and students, as well as providing superior customer service to our families.
Our schools are committed to making a difference in the communities we serve and are actively involved in supporting several local foundations and charities. As a family, we enjoy “traveling with a purpose.” Most recently, our travels took us through Myanmar and Zimbabwe, where we visited various schools. We particularly enjoy visiting schools across the world to deepen our understanding of education across cultures and to offer help to schools in need.
As a long-term resident of Dallas, Texas, our family loves to spend time reading books across all genres, cooking family recipes, going on walks with our dog Roxy, and traveling. Maya, my older daughter, graduated from the University of Texas, where she double majored in government and history with minors in Business and English. She is a Fulbright scholar and is planning to attend law school next year. My youngest daughter, Meira, is also at the University of Texas as a sophomore, majoring in business.
We hope you soon become a part of our family and that we can share in the joy of seeing your little one grow into a bright influencer of their generation!
I look forward to personally meeting you soon.
Sincerely,
Dr. Noel J. Rigley PhD
