Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Contact UsAfter moving my daughter to Primrose, I was amazed at the change in the experience as opposed to where she had previously gone. They are so professional, organized and caring toward the students. My daughter is so much happier and actually loves going to daycare now. They always have fun activities going on, and the kids love it. The structure provided allows the children to know what to expect from day to day. I am grateful to Primrose for the loving care they have provided to our daughter.
Our family met a new challenge when my husband became paralyzed in December. Dealing with this traumatic experience was hard enough for me, but also for my children. There was so much explaining to do for my 3 year old who was turning 4 the same week my husband got shot. Where was daddy, why can't he ever walk again, why is mommy always at the hospital? I came to pick up my son, and Miss. Patti touched my heart. On her own time she went to the book store and got books for me to share with my son. Books on getting to know a hospital so he wouldn't feel uncomfortable being there. A book on how mommy always loves you, even when she is not there. We all have busy lives with families of our own. When someone goes out of their way to help....it touches your heart forever. I HEART Primrose!
It has been a pleasure being a part of the Primrose family for the past 6 years. It is a wonderful feeling to know that your children are nurtured in an academically stimulating environment; where they always look forward to attending!
We Love Primrose! I believe that Primrose starts building a love for learning at a young age. There's nothing cuter than your 2 year old counting to 11 and singing his ABC's!
We have two children that we have been sending to Primrose for years. We have always had great experiences with Primrose Old Orchard. Our children are treated well and cared for with kindness and consideration. The options for play and interaction are plentiful and enjoyable. During the summer they strive to have unique and fun field trips that our kids always enjoy. The teachers and staff know their names and remember illnesses and conditions and always ask how they are doing. As for interaction with parents, I have always appreciated the staff's professional and friendly manner. They are attentive to various requests and issues. They communicate well, either via email or in person. We are fortunate to have a facility like Primrose Old Orchard to care for our children. We have recommended it to other parents and will continue to do so.
I just would like to thank everyone at this school, Brycen has been enrolled now for a few months and the change in him is amazing. He started daycare almost a year ago and was in and out of the dr atleast once a month, and just seeing the improvement in his health in this short amount of time is just amazing to say the least. It was confirmed twice during his time there that he had pneumonia, and we lost count of the number of sinus and ear infections that he came down with during his time there. At the beginning of 2013 we had to start him on Albuterol treatments to help him breath which at that time it was very, very vital they were done every 4 hours. After a couple of months being on the machine steadily we noticed that the only improvement we would see would be from Friday evening to Monday morning when he was in our care. We decided to switch it up a bit and instead of sending the whole box or section of Albuterol treatments we starting only putting 2 in his bag because that's all he would need during the time he would be at school. We noticed that the bag would come home with 1 of the or even both of them and we did this for an entire week. At that point we realized that they were NOT giving him his treatments like we had asked of them. My fiance went up to the school that last Friday Brycen attended and confronted the school Director after waiting around at the front and finally tracking her down (which was normally what we had to do because there was never anyone sitting up at the front) and all she could say was that she would talk to her staff about the issue. Well that wasn't good enough for us, this is our son's health we are talking about. So we made an appointment the following week at Primrose fell in love and been here ever since. Brycen's health is 100% better, he is off his breathing treatments and hasn't even had runny nose up until last week and it was only allergies! So thank ya'll so much for actually taking care of your students and putting us at ease while we're at work. This school is more than we could have ever asked for, the teachers are all amazing and I love the fact that there is always someone sitting up at the front desk when we come in. Brycen loves everyone so much especially Ms. Kelley, Ms. Courtney & Ms. K!!! He actually enjoys waking up and going to school every morning again!! Keep up the good work!! God Bless everyone in the office & thanks a million!!
