Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Contact UsI am Jackie Rothermich, and my husband Jason and I are the proud owners of the Primrose School of O’Fallon at WingHaven.
My parents, Joe and Lori Ruppert, built this school and opened its doors in January of 2015, and it quickly became the premier Early Childhood school in the area. I have been blessed to have had my two children attend this school and benefit socially, emotionally, physically and academically. I am incredibly honored to be a part of the Primrose family and continue with the legacy my parents have started of providing high-quality education and care to families in the O’Fallon area.
Prior to making the decision to become a Primrose franchise owner, I worked at the Boeing Company in various finance and contracts positions for more than 13 years. I know it might seem like a big jump moving from corporate finance to becoming an owner of a private preschool, and while I loved what I did at Boeing, I kept feeling as though something was missing. I had a strong desire to pursue something that I felt passionate about, proud of, and fulfilled by. Being a part of the Primrose family already and seeing children come to school filled with happiness and excitement, watching students have those lightbulb moments in the classroom as they learn and grow, and witnessing parents have a sense of relief and confidence knowing their children are being taken care of, I quickly realized that Primrose was the fulfillment I was looking for.

Fostering a sense of belongingness has been a part of every day at Primrose for the past 40 years, and we’re excited to invite all families, from Primrose and beyond, to join in as we celebrate the annual National Day of Belongingness on September 29.
“When it comes to early learning, Primrose shares the same goal as parents – we aim to maximize a child’s learning during a very important time in his life. We believe, and our outcomes show, that the most effective way to help each child reach her full potential is to ensure she is exposed to information in different ways using a balance of proven learning theories.”
Try these easy at-home activities to promote character and social growth that will help children celebrate their similarities and differences, and help create connections with others.
To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
