At Primrose School of North Naples, we continually strive to offer opportunities for our students to become active helpers in a world needing our attention. This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are created a unique opportunity to involve ourselves, parents, and our students in being of service to those who are suffering right here in our community. Primrose School of North Naples hosted a month-long fund raiser for Breast Cancer Awareness in which all proceeds were donated to the Cancer Alliance of Naples.
The Cancer Alliance of Naples was formed to help our neighbors and friends through the most difficult times anyone could imagine. When those in our community are facing a world of unknowns and forced to make life changing medical decisions, as well as dealing with mounting pressures of everyday living expenses, the Cancer Alliance of Naples helps, with providing immediate funds for necessities such as rent, car payment, utilities, and food.
Primrose School of North Naples sold pink rubber wristbands and cancer ribbon car magnets in addition to raffling off our famed Halloween pumpkins for donations. We also raised nearly $2,000 in change for a grand total of $2941.00!
Making a difference is hard with a single set of hands, but as a group we can come together and make a huge impact in our community.
