March 16th, 2020
As we have monitored the changes in the COVID-19 situation throughout the day, we have gone through a plethora of emotions. Our intentions have always been to balance the needs of our families, our students and our employees. As of this morning, we felt that we were making the best choices possible by continuing to have our school open. After careful thought and consideration regarding this afternoon’s information shared from the White House, we have decided to close our school at the end of the school day tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17th. Per Governor Prtizker's "Stay at Home" Proclaimation we will be closed through April 7th, intending to reopen on April 8th.
We appreciate all the incredible support that you have voiced over the last few days for our school and our teachers. It means so much that we have such incredible families and staff as a part of our school community. Thank you for your trust in us. We promise to keep in close contact via email during this time. We look forward to seeing you on April 8th!
