Ms. Julia graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelors' in vocal music education. After graduating from college Ms. Julia moved to Austin Texas where she started work at her first Primrose as an early preschool teacher. When it was time to move back to Missouri, she knew she had to find another Primrose. Ms. Julia feels that there is something very special about the Primrose Way. The Balanced Learning Curriculum is very dear to her, and she loves being able to teach the teachers how to implement it. A fun fact about Ms. Julia is that she sings Karaoke in the car everyday and loves to bake and ice sugar cookies!
Ms. Livi started with Primrose as an Early Preschool teacher and has since moved into the Program Coordinator position. Ms. Livi has 12.5 years of experience in childcare. She is always looking for new ways to learn and always strives to provide top-tier care to every child. Ms. Livi works to maintain the dignity of each child and promotes resiliency in both staff and students. She adores connecting with the children she works with and watching them grow to learn new things! A fun fact about Ms. Livi is that she has been married to her husband 13 years and has an 8 year old son. Her family has a fiesty cat named Privy. Ms. Livi loves crafting, sewing and gardening in her spare time.
Ms. Abbi is a recent graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelors' degree in Human Development and Family Science. She also attended St. Louis Community College during her first two years of college using an A+ Scholarship. Throughout college Ms. Abbi worked at MU's Adventure Club as a before/after teacher for the kindergarten and first grade class of 20 students. She also worked for the CARE program which helped at-risk youth attain job placements. Ms. Abbi loves being able to teach children how to emotionally regulate and develop emphatic skills towards peers. A fun fact about Ms. Abbi is that she still has 2 of her baby teeth and they just won't budge!
Ms. M has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rockhurst University. She has a 7-year-old daughter and a cat named Maow. She loves working with children because she gets to help them grow and become an individual. She loves learning each child’s quirks, how honest they are and the funny things they come up with. A fun fact about Ms. M is that she believes that basset hounds are the best and that “I want a hippopotamus for Christmas” is the best Christmas song!
Ms. E was born and raised in a big family. She has four sisters and six brothers! She completed her associate's degree in Arabic Language Education in 1992. Shortly after in 1998 she moved to the USA! She is the mother of 3 boys. She loves her family very much. Ms. E loves to teach her students and is passionate about their growth and development!
Ms. W has 3 kids whom she shares love and joy with. She loves to extend this love to the children within her care at Primrose. She has a bachelor's degree in law from Jerusalem University. She has many hobbies and loves swimming and reading romantic stories. She also wants you to know that she loves her 4 cats!
Ms. S is a native of Denver, Colorado. After graduating high school, Ms. S relocated to Kansas City to join extended family as well as her love of chicken wings. She attended Pickens Technical Institute majoring in Early Childhood Education. After taking some time off, and working various jobs, Ms. S joined us as our Early Preschool Teacher. A fun fact about Ms. S is her love for the color blue!
Ms. F was born and raised in M'sila Algeria. She moved here to the US with her family. She worked at the university of M'sila in the student affairs office. Ms. F likes hanging out with her family and friends and loves cooking for them. She loves the kids and taking care of them just like her own four adult kids!
Ms. S has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and taught fourth grade for 6 years. She has also nannied for over 2 years and coached high school volleyball. Seeing her students’ progress over the units is what keeps Ms. S passionate and motivated about teaching! A fun fact about Ms. S is that she played volleyball in college for 2 years!
Ms. Z has three wonderful kids who mean the world to her. Raising young kids gives her energy and happiness which allows her to take good care of them and provide them with love and everything they need. Being a mom has motivated her to work with kids, see their smiles and laughter. She loves to play with them and watch them grow. She has worked as a volunteer at a daycare teaching for two months prior to Primrose, and she has taught at Primrose for over a year in the infant and toddler classrooms! She has a bachelor's degree in computer education.
Ms. R attended college at the University of Missouri-Kansas and graduated with her bachelor’s in psychology. She is a first-generation college student and is now pursuing her master’s in social work at KU to become a children’s therapist. Ms. R worked at an early learning city in a Domestic-Violence shelter Kansas City.
Ms. E was born in Kansas City Missouri. She loves to watch football and hockey and hanging out with her family! Ms. E relates the most to Benjamin the Bear whose theme is generosity. Ms. E feels valued by hearing words of encouragement. Ms. E has over a year of childcare experience through babysitting. She likes to go to concerts and games. She plays on a volleyball team over the summers and loves to stay active by going to the gym. Ms. E is also attending college at MCC and has been a fantastic edition to our team!
Ms. K is from Kansas City Missouri and loves to sleep on the weekend! The Primrose friend that Ms. K most relates to is Molly the cow whose trait is respect for others. She feels valued when she recieves positive feedback and when she is allowed to be herself. Ms. K has spent time in previous centers working in childcare. Ms. K is passionate about being able to offer love to children and being able to see the kids excited to see her. She loves to see the children learning and growing right in front of her eyes! A fun fact about Ms. K loves makeup and is proud of her skill. Something that Ms. K would like you to know about her is that she loves coffee and that she believes any problem can be solved with a good cup of coffee!
Ms. J has over 35 years of experience in childcare in mostly the infant and toddler classrooms. She is passionate abiout childcare because she loves to watch children learn new things and seeing all their different personalities. Ms. J has 2 grown and married kids and a 7 year old granddaughter. They all love to hangout together often! Something Ms. J would like you to know about her is that she is very approachable and easy to talk to. She will always be there for you and your child!
Ms. M has a 3-year old son whom she loves to spend time with. She has childcare experience by working at a daycare in college. She is passionate about childcare because she has always enjoyed working with chioldren and helping them learn and express themselves. She also loves to see the different personalities all the children have. A fun fact about Ms. M is that she comes from a very large family with 3 brothers and 3 sisters, and lots of nieces and nephews. Ms. Morgan would like you to know that she is a mom of 2, her son is 3 and she had an infant daughter who passed away from a fatal heart defect. She loves reading and she hopes to be an elementary teacher someday!
Ms. M is passionate about seeing each child grow and learn as an individual. She loves to create lasting bonds between herself and the children in her care! A fun fact about Ms. M is that she is a cheerleader. She is a flyer and a tumbler! Something that Ms. M would like you to know about her is that she loves being a part of your child's day and making them smile!
