    Catherine Grimes

    School Director

    Ms. Catherine is the Director of Primrose School of Leesburg at Potomac Station and is excited to welcome new families from our community and beyond! She has seven years' experience as a Director within licensed childcare and 10 years' experience as a teacher in the early childhood education field. Ms. Catherine earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child Development from Ashford University and is a Professional Development Specialist with the CDA Council for Professional Recognition. This vital role assists educators as they strive to attain their CDA (Child Development Associates) credential. She is honored to be a part of the development and lifelong success of young children throughout their most formative years. During her family time, Ms. Catherine enjoys connecting with her two children as they navigate young adulthood and is a proud U.S. Air Force mom!

  • Teresa Wolfe, Education Director

    Teresa Wolfe

    Education Director

    Joining our Primrose team as Education Director is Ms. Teresa, a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. She began her career working on national studies focused on children’s health after receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition Research from the University of Maryland. Ms. Teresa's passion for working with children prompted her to change course and pursue certification as a Preschool Teacher. After 17 years of teaching preschool, she became a director at a private school in which she contributed to curriculum development for preschool, afterschool, and summer camp programs. Having taught previously at Primrose, Ms. Teresa is familiar with the Balanced Learning™ approach and is delighted to share her knowledge of the curriculum with others. She is eager to partner with parents to ensure quality care and early learning experiences for their children. In her free time, Ms. Teresa enjoys tea with her three grown daughters and reading stories to her 5-year-old grandson.

    Office Manager

    Ms. Melanie is from Montclair, Virginia. She began my Primrose career in 2014 and joined the Primrose School of Leesburg at Potomac Station in 2021. Ms. Melanie holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development from Northern Virginia Community College. She truly loves giving back to her community and is excited to meet families and children in the Leesburg area. In her spare time, Ms. Melanie enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband and dog. Together, they love traveling, trying new foods, and hiking.

  • Su Hee Shin, Toddler Teacher

    Toddler Teacher

    Ms. Su Hee earned her Master of Arts in Social Work from EWHA Woman's University. She has lived in Virginia for 11 years and in Leesburg for seven. She is entering her sixth year of teaching in the field of Early Childhood Education. Over the last 15 years, Ms. Su Hee has also continued teaching at a Korean heritage school each Saturday. Ms. Su Hee enjoys hiking along the Potomac with her family and dog and is a mother to two boys and one girl. Her oldest son attends West Point, and her two younger children, who are twins, are currently seniors in high school. Ms. Su Hee is so excited to work with everyone at Primrose and cannot wait to meet families in the Primrose community!

    Food Service Teacher

    Ms. Elva earned her Food Manager Certification from the ANSI National Accreditation Board and has served over 30 years in the field of food service. Born in the Philippines, she is the youngest of 3 daughters. She moved to Providence, Rhode Island when she was 6 years old and now resides in Virginia. Ms. Elva is the mother of a strong, brave, and loving daughter. She is proud to join the Primrose family as a Food Service teacher and is excited to provide healthy, nutritious meals and snacks to the children we serve.

    Preschool Teacher

    Ms. Lauren is a fourth-year college student at George Mason University. She is slated to graduate in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Social Sciences for Education. Ms. Lauren earned her Associates Degree in Psychology from Northern Virginia Community College in 2020. She has four years of experience working with Preschool-age children in a state licensed setting. Ms. Lauren has three cats named Miley, Amelia, and Evie. In her free time, Ms. Lauren loves to watch history documentaries and listen to podcasts while thrift shopping. Her favorite book is Alice in Wonderland. She is excited to join the Primrose team and looks forward to teaching young children!

    Prekindergarten Teacher

    Ms. Sasha earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Developmental Psychology from George Mason University in 2019. She has been working with children since she was 13 years old in various capacities including an Assistant teacher role at a licensed in-home childcare, her church's nursery, and as a Preschool teacher with Primrose School of Bristow. Ms. Sasha has felt a calling to see the potential, love, and fun in children and help them use those skills to grow into all they are capable of. She is excited to be back in the Primrose family again! Ms. Sasha enjoys dancing, singing, and lending a listening ear whenever needed.

  • K.C. Wolfe, Resource Floater Teacher

    K.C. Wolfe

    Resource Floater Teacher

    Ms. K.C. is thrilled to join the Primrose of Leesburg at Potomac Station family! For three years, she has studied communication and media at Saint Louis University. Ms. K.C. is passionate about serving others and the community at large. She is looking forward to working closely with Primrose teachers to ensure that every child receives excellent care and an exceptional education. At the age of seventeen, Ms. K.C. began mentoring young children. She was a lead basketball coach for kindergarten-age children and an assistant coach for elementary and middle school-age girls. As a coach, Ms. K.C. facilitated a positive environment helping children to build self-esteem and character. At Primrose, she is excited to foster good character traits among the students through the Happy Hearts Character Development program. In her free time, Ms. K.C. shops until she drops with her mom, frequents coffee shops with her two older sisters, and spends time in nature with her dad. She treasures the time she gets to spend with her adorable 5-year-old nephew, Oliver. Ms. K.C. is an avid vinyl collector, admirer of art, fan of the Maryland Terrapins women's basketball team, and a film fanatic.

  • Manju Panwar, Infant Teacher

    Infant Teacher

    Ms. Manju earned her Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Science from HNB University. In college, she spent a lot of her time studying Child Development, Child Psychology, and Nutrition. After she earned my degree, Ms. Manju volunteered for a National Literacy Campaign. A Virginia resident for 15 years, she worked as a nanny the last four years and operated an in-home daycare for one year. Ms. Manju has two beautiful children. Her daughter is a freshman at Heritage High and her son is in middle school. She enjoys being outside and playing badminton with her family. Ms. Manju is delighted to be a part of Primrose School and excited to meet Primrose families!

    Toddler Teacher

    Ms. Gracie earned her CDA (Child Development Associates) credential in 2020 and attended VCU for two years. She is currently studying to become RBT certified through the Autism Partnership Foundation to enhance her educational journey. Ms. Gracie has worked for 10 years in licensed childcare and preschool settings. She enjoys working with children, as in her eyes, they are delightful and inspiring. Ms. Gracie believes as early educators, we help build a strong foundation that supports each child's developmental path throughout their lives. In her free time, she enjoys art, photography, traveling, and basketball. Ms. Gracie is eager to join the Primrose of Leesburg family!

    Early Preschool Teacher

    Ms. Dri earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from ETEP Faculdades College in Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil. She spent much time studying the impact of generational change on child behavior. Ms. Dri moved to the United States in 2016 after completing college and has been working with children for over 8 years. She has a toddler-age son, an elementary-age stepson, and a 2-year-old Labrador/German Shepherd mix named Loki. In her spare time, Ms. Dri enjoys hiking, camping, Marvel movies, and spending time with family. She is very excited to be a part of the Primrose team and to make an impact on the Primrose children’s lives!
