    Regional Manager

Hello! I am the Regional Manager of Primrose School of Lakewood Ranch North and Primrose School of Lakewood Ranch Town Center. I work in partnership with the administration teams at each location to to ensure your child’s early educational experience sets a lifelong love of learning!

As a working mom, I know how important it is in when choosing the right childcare for your little ones. I love getting to see your children grow and master new skills, as well as getting to know your family.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a focus on Exercise Science. During my clinicals, I spent time at the local Child Development Center teaching them exercises and nutrition. It was then that I realized I had a passion for early childhood education and a natural connection with kids. I started my career in Early Childhood Education in 2015 and have earned my Child Development Associate Credential, Director’s Credential, and VPK Director’s Credentials. I relocated to the Bradenton area in 2021 with my husband, James, and our son. Having been in the field, it was important to make sure I found the right program for our son to thrive. We were fortunate to find a home quickly with Primrose School and couldn’t be happier.

I take great pride in the work we all do here at Primrose Schools and genuinely believe in our mission that who children become is as important as what they know. I am here to help, to listen, and to make your experience at Primrose School one that will stay with you for a lifetime.

  • Ms. Erica Brundidge, Director of School

    Ms. Erica Brundidge

    Director of School

Hello! I’m Erica Brundidge, and I’m excited to be your new School Director at Primrose School at Lakewood Ranch Town Center! I am a dedicated early childhood professional who has been in the field since 2001, having earned my A.A. in Early Childhood Education, as well as both the National Administrator Credential and Florida Directors Credential.  I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies and Community Leadership. I have taught every age group except infants, but much of my teaching career was spent with Pre-K age students.

My favorite thing about early education is creating the curriculum. Children can learn so much with our guidance. Throughout the years, I have become very active in early childhood advocacy as well, serving as member of the Children’s Forum Directors Network since 2021, and a member of NAEYC (National Association. for the Education for Young Children) since 2022.

My passion for early childhood education extends to my hobbies. I am a certified children’s yoga teacher and certified Zumbini (music and movement) instructor. I’m also a level one Spinning instructor with training in Spinning for Kids.
I'm a native western New Yorker and spent several years in Nashville, TN before relocating to Tampa with my life partner in 2014. I'm also a "pet parent" to two mischievous fur babies (cats). In my spare time I enjoy challenging myself physically, baking, reading, and going on outdoor adventures.

I look forward to getting to know your family and little ones, while learning the Primrose Way!

  • Mrs. Mavi Batts, Assistant Director

    Mrs. Mavi Batts

    Assistant Director

Hello! I am Mrs. Mavi Batts and I am the Assistant Director at Primrose School at Lakewood Ranch Town Center. My love for working with children was cultivated at a young age by my mom, who's talent for teaching inspired many young minds, including my own. I was in awe of her enthusiasm and interactions with children, who's eyes would light up with her every word.

I enjoyed volunteering at my former middle school and began my teaching career at Primrose School as a Floater Teacher in October of 2012. Since starting at Primrose School, I have had the pleasure of working with and caring for the children and families in every program.

My love for children grew when I started a family of my own. I have three children and watching them grow is a beautiful and amazing experience and I am so blessed they too are a part of the Primrose family. Becoming a parent has given me a whole new perspective on early childhood development and has heightened my awareness of the trust parents put in us to provide the care they would for their children themselves while also providing their children with a safe and happy learning environment.

I take great pride in the work we all do here at Primrose and look forward to meeting you and your family!
