    School Director

Hello! My name is Rebecca Sergio and I am School Director at Primrose School at Lakewood Ranch North. My excitement for working with children began when I was a little girl, playing teacher with my stuffed animals and toy dolls! From then on, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the field of education. I have been lucky enough to work with children, ages birth through elementary school, for 15 years and I have loved every minute of it! I completed my Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Education, with a focus in early childhood curriculum and instruction. After many years of working as a preschool teacher, I realized I wanted to further grow my career coaching other teachers in this field, and I was blessed to have the opportunity to start as the Education Coach at Primrose in November of 2020!

Since starting with Primrose School, I have enjoyed training and supporting teachers in all classrooms and being a part of the wonderful leadership team here! It has been so exciting getting to know all students and families and being able to work with teachers through the incredible balanced curriculum Primrose offers! I look forward to meeting you and your family and welcoming you to the Primrose family!

    Assistant Director

Hello! My name is Aimee Reagan, and I am the Assistant Director here at Primrose School at Lakewood Ranch North. I help run the day-to-day operations at the school, as well as support the teachers and students in all classrooms.

My passion for working with young children began when I started to help take care of my younger cousins as their babysitter. It was during this experience that I realized how much I loved teaching them and watching them grow and learn! I have been happily working with children the ages birth through pre-k for 8 years now. I recently completed my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in December of 2021 from the State College of Florida.

I have been with Primrose School for 3 years as an Infant Teacher, the Administrative Assistant, and Director of Education, prior to taken of the Assistant Director position . I love helping support my fellow team members, as well as our students and families to ensure they are happy and always feel like they are surrounded in a great learning environment. I feel blessed to be able to help and be a part of each family’s journey here at Primrose School!
