  • Ms. Lindsey, Director

    Ms. Lindsey

    Director

    Ms. Lindsey is our Director. She has over 10 years of childcare experience. She has her Associates of Arts in Elementary Education, as well as Early Childhood Education and a Director's Certification. She has always enjoyed working around young children and watching them grow their skills. She loves Primrose's Balanced Learning philosophy and how the curriculum provides a fun engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

    Ms. Lindsey enjoys exploring Colorado with her boyfriend, Matthew, and their 5 yr old daughter, Penelope. They love to hike, camp, and drive through the beautiful mountains.

    Assistant Director

    Ms. Caley is our Assistant Director. She is certified in EQIT, Pyramid Plus, Pdis, and MA. She has been in childcare since 2016 and she came into the childcare industry because she saw the opportunity to provide a warm and loving environment for children to make a positive impact in their lives and education. She is passionate about ensuring each child is provided a high-quality education combined with teachers who love and care about them. Ms. Caley loves Primose because the focus is on purposeful play to nurture children's development and learning.

    In her spare time, Ms. Caley loves to go hiking and spend time outdoors. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends.

  • Ms. Cynthia, Marketing & Special Events Director

    Ms. Cynthia

    Marketing & Special Events Director

    Ms. Cynthia is our Marketing & Special Events Manager. She has her BA in Business Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. She is active within the Ken Caryl community and plans/attends all events Primrose School of Ken Caryl hosts. She is in and out of the school taking pictures to post to Facebook or out in the community creating relationships with other small businesses in the area.

    Ms. Cynthia is a Colorado Native. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her pets, exploring the beautiful Colorado landscape. She also enjoys participating in intermural sports, cooking, reading and running.

    Young Infant Nursery Supervisor

    Ms. Alice is one of our Infant Nursery Supervisors. She has been a blessing to our school for the past 18 years. She has tremendous devotion and love for our infants and families. She has over 28 years experience working with infants and it shows as the babies light up when she enters the room. She is passionate, dedicated, confident and very caring. She understands the importance of health and safety in the classroom and is a positive role model to all who know her.

    Ms. Alice is a Denver Native. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and grand babies of her own!

  • Ms. Mallory, Older Infant Nursery Supervisor

    Ms. Mallory

    Older Infant Nursery Supervisor

    Ms. Mallory is one of our Older Infant Nursery Superviosr. She comes to us with over 14 years of teaching experience. She is ECE qualified through Redrocks Community College. She enjoys watching the children learn and try new things. She loves working at Primrose because it is inviting, caring, and feels like being surrounded by family who cares for the children as if they were their own.

    Ms. Mallory is a Colorado Native and enjoys being in the beautiful outdoors, camping, or watching movies. She is also a licensed real estate agent, and loves to spend time with her 2 young children and husband every chance she can.

    Older Infants Assistant Teacher

    Ms. Lexie is our Older Infants Assistant Teacher. She is currently attending Red Rocks Community College. She has over 7 years of childcare experience. She has always loved children and has found fulfillment in teaching them about the world around them.

    Ms. Lexie enjoys hanging out with friends, going shopping, traveling to new places and spending time with family when she is not at work.

    Young Toddlers Lead Teacher

    Ms. Annika is our Young Toddlers Lead Teacher. She comes to us with more than 6 years childcare experience and has her BS in Child and Family Studies. Ms. Annika loves helping kids grow and seeing the excitement in their eyes when they do something new for the first time. She enjoys Primrose because she loves how helpful the staff is to one another to collectively be the best teachers they can be!

    When Ms. Annika is not at work she is often found having fun with her 3 yr old, 2yr old, and twins on the way! She loves to go to parks, lakes, hike, and anything to get out and explore!

    Young Toddlers Lead Teacher

    Ms. Sydni is our Young Toddlers Assistant Teacher. She comes to us with over 5 years of childcare experience and has her degree in Sociology from CSU - Pueblo. She became a teacher because she wants to help children and encourage them to grow. She enjoys Primrose because it offers her a way to help children and to continue hr education while doing so.

    In her spare time, Ms. Sydni coaches and plays volleyball. She also loves to spend time with her 4 younger siblings; 3 of which are elementary school aged.

  • Ms. Anna, Older Toddlers Lead Teacher

    Older Toddlers Lead Teacher

    Ms. Anna is our Older Toddler Assistant Teacher. She has her Bachelor of Science in Communication and is Pyramid Plus certified. She has been in childcare since 2018. Ms. Anna became a teacher because both of her parents are teachers and after her first day working at Primrose she knew she wanted to care for children for her career.

    Ms. Anna recently moved here from Michigan, and acted in a scene from "The Most Dangerous Game" with Liam Hemsworth! Outside of work she enjoys spending weekends hiking and camping with her boyfriend. Otherwise, she enjoys being with her cat, Novalee.

    Older Toddlers Assistant Teacher

    Ms. Hali is our Older Toddlers Assistant Teacher. She attended MSU Denver to study Elementary Education with an emphasis on Child Psychology. She has been working in childcare since 2009. She decided to become a teacher after she peer-tutored for the local Kindergarten while in high school and realized working with children was her calling. She enjoys the Primrose philosophy and all of her amazing co-workers.

    Ms. Hali enjoys photography, painting, drawing, running and yoga. She has her certification in sky diving and hopes to continue after she has her baby!

    Early Preschool Lead Teacher

    Ms. Ashley is our Early Preschool Lead Teacher. She is ECE certified and is currently working towards her directors' certificate. She has been working in childcare since 2017. Ms. Ashley became a teacher because she enjoyed being around children so much after beginning her career in early childhood and falling in love with teaching. She enjoys the Primrose environment and being able to teach the Toddler classroom.

    Ms. Ashley enjoys playing outside with her kids, shopping, watching crime shows and watching sports. She was adopted as a baby and hopes to one day adopt a child as well.

    Early Preschool Assistant Teacher

    Ms. Kaylee is our Early Preschool Assistant Teacher. She is a Bear Creek High School graduate and has been working in childcare since 2019. Ms. Kaylee has always wanted to work with children and she enjoys how involved in the community Primrose is.

    Ms. Kaylee enjoys spending time with her family, watching her older brother play baseball, spending time with friends, and taking pictures. She played softball for 13 years and was on the Varsity softball team at Bear Creek in 2019!

    Preschool Pathways Lead Teacher

    Mr. Ray is our Preschool Pathways Lead Teacher. He is ECE Certified and has been working in childcare for over 5 years. Mr. Ray knew since elementary school that he wanted to become a teacher and has always loved helping and guiding those around him. He knows our future revolves around the next generation of great minds! Working with kids is the most fulfilling thing he has done. He enjoys Primrose because everyone is so inviting, from all the teachers to the amazing owner, and leadership team.

    In his free time, Mr. Ray enjoys playing the guitar, painting, drawing (anything that has to do with art) video games and spending time with his parents and other family.

    Preschool Pathways Lead Teacher

    Ms. Maddie is our Preschool Pathways Lead Teacher. She is a graduate from Columbine High School and has been working in the childcare industry for over 3.5 years. She has always wanted to be a teacher and make an impact on someone’s life and by being a teacher she can.

    When Ms. Maddie has free time she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, traveling and camping.

    Ms. Cari

    Pre-Kindergarten 1 Lead Teacher

    Ms. Cari is our Pre-Kindergarten 1 Lead Teacher. She is ECE qualified, pyramid plus and EQIT (Expanding Quality in Infant Toddler Care) certified. She has been in the childcare industry since 2010. She chose to become a teacher because every day is unique and young children are like sponges and they soak up everything they have been taught. She enjoys experiencing things with them for their first time, as well as the feeling she gets when overcoming challenges in the classroom that make teaching absolutely worth it! She chose to work at Primrose because of the Balanced learning approach as well as the carefully planned schedule that is used in each classroom each day!


    Ms. Cari enjoys camping, being with friends, exploring new places and going to the movies when she has free time. She also likes to spend time with her fiance and their dog, Zoey.

    Ms. Maddi is our Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher. She has her associates in ECE and has been in childcare since 2020. She became a teacher because she loves kids and likes to make a positive difference in their education.

    Ms. Maddi enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, taking roadtrips, and spending time with her dog, Larry, when she is not at work.

    Junior Kindergarten & Explorers Lead Teacher

    Ms. Cindy is our Junior Kindergarten & Explorers Lead Teacher. She graduated from Tarkio College with Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education & STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). She has over 20+ years of teaching experience. She became a teacher because she enjoys helping children reach milestones - to build self-esteem through education. She enjoys teaching at Primrose because of the smaller classroom sizes, support of the staff and directors. She loves watching children explore and reach all milestones in social and emotional to academics. Primrose provides a second home to teachers and students with support. "We are a Primrose Family and I love each of them." says Ms. Cindy.

    In her spare time, Ms. Cindy loves to spend time with her husband, son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. She loves painting, cricut, baking and travelling when she can!

  • Ms. Dory, Junior Kindergarten & Explorers Lead Teacher

    Junior Kindergarten & Explorers Lead Teacher

    Ms. Dory is on of our Junior Kindergarten/Explorers Lead Teachers. She is ECE certified and has been in childcare since 2020. She became a teacher because seeing children reach the next step in their learning, like writing their name for the first time or building a tower taller than the last, makes her heart very happy. She wants to help children learn and find their way of learning, plus all of the hugs and smiles makes her day that much better! She enjoys Primrose because it feels like home and she likes everything that is done for the staff and children.


    In her spare time, Ms. Dori enjoys crafts, playing board games, and doing puzzles. She enjoys being with friends or helping her family on their ranch with the house and horses. She also loves Disney!

  • Ms. Gale, Support Lead Teacher + Transportation Specialist

    Ms. Gale

    Support Lead Teacher + Transportation Specialist

    Ms. Gale is a Support Lead Teacher and Transportation Specialist here at Primrose School of Ken Caryl. Ms. Gale received her college degree from Rasmussen College and is ECE qualified. She has over 27 years of experience working in the Early Childhood Education field.

    Ms. Gale became a teacher to be a positive influence in children’s lives, she loves seeing the different ways children grow and learn. She wishes to spread love and hugs to all the children that she can. She often says that “children will rule the world in the future and need positive influences now.” She enjoys Primrose because it's a family.

    When she’s not at work, for Ms. Gale, family is first. They enjoy doing puzzles and playing games. She has been married for 46 years, has 2 adult children and 3 granddaughters whom she spends lots of time with.

    Ms. Christy is one of our Support Lead Teachers. She has her Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. She has been in the childcare industry since 2002. She enjoys teaching because she knows nature and nurture begin at such an early age and to be able to show empathy and joy to young children, raises caring and compassionate adults.

    Ms. Christy enjoys running, gardening, writing books, canning, her family, walks and hiking. She has a happy-go lucky personality!

    Support Assistant Teacher

    Ms. Madds is one of our Support Assistant Teachers. She has been working in childcare since 2019 and is currently enrolled at Colorado Mesa University and Metropolitan University of Denver. She is also a recent graduate from Chatfield Senior High School. She has always enjoyed working with children, and as she completes her college education she wished to explore a job that will lead into her field of work.

    As a Colorado native, Ms. Madds enjoys everything about being outdoors in her spare time. Including hiking, camping, slack-lining, and water sports. Her family is very important to her and she recently moved back from Grand Junction to be closer to them. She loves music and spending as much of her summer as possible exploring new cultures.

    Ms. Eva is one of our school's Support Assistant Teachers. She is currently working on a college degree and has been working in childcare since 2018. She became a teacher because she loves to see children grow and learn something new every day and they are always smiling and so joyful! Ms. Eva always loves to learn and her children teach her something new everyday as well!

    In her free time, Ms. Eva enjoys snowboarding, hiking and spending time with her young son. She always loves to hang out with her family.

    Mr. Jordan

    Kitchen Manager/Head Chef

    Mr. Jordan is our School Chef/Kitchen Manager. He has over 4 years of cooking experience. Mr. Jordan chose to join our team here at Primrose because he loves kids and is happy that he can bring joy to their days through food.

    When he is not at work Mr. Jordan loves spending time with his family, watching movies and playing basketball.

    Franchise Owners

    Mr. Stacey Alexander is the proud father of three young boys and an experienced business owner. His twin boys, Lance and Emmett are 13 and his youngest Nick is 10. Mr. Alexander's boys attended Primrose for over three years. Stacey grew up in Colorado, he loves camping and boating and being a father is his greatest accomplishment.

    Dr. Heather Haugen is a mother, entrepreneur, and educator. She currently serves as the CEO of an organization that creates education solutions in healthcare. Dr. Haugen has a passion for teaching and learning. She is married to Tom Haugen and they have two small children, Alexandra, 13, and Audrey, 10. Heather is a Colorado native, an avid runner, and published writer. Together this brother-sister team is excited and privileged to work with the quality staff at Primrose of Ken Caryl and is solely devoted to the day-to-day nurturing to the children that attend this school.
