Hello my name is Kali and I am the Director here at Primrose School of Hugo!
From the time I was a little girl I have always adored children and wanted a career working with children. I grew up babysitting for family and friends, nannied for many years, and I have been in childcare since I was 18 years old. I started out as an aide and over time grew my knowledge and skillset, leading me to my current role as Director. I earned my CDA (Child Development Associate) and I also have some schooling in Nursing, as well as a Certificate in Interoir Design. During my years of study, I have always found that I enjoy working with children the most.
I enjoy my position working with Primrose because they are a company that honors their mission and principles! The highlighs of my day consist around watching the kids learn and grow, and playing a role in helping them reach milestones.
In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family, friends and my dog, traveling whenever I can and I love coffee. I hope one day I get to have children of my own!
Looking forward to you joining our Primrose School of Hugo family!
Hello-my name is Kathleen and I am the Assistant Director at Primrose School of Hugo!
I have been working in childcare in some facet for over ten years. Prior to being an Assistant Director, I was a Lead Infant Teacher and spent my days with our tiniest learners! While I adore being in the classroom, I also love my job as an Assistant Director because not only do I get to support our classrooms and teachers, I also get the opportunity to build relationships with families. Primrose School of Hugo is my home away from home; I am thankful to be a part of the Primrose community!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. We often find ourselves at the kids' sporting events, exploring the outdoors, and creating memories together.
I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!
Welcome to Primrose Schools!
My name is Katie Weires, Regional Manager of the MN area for Early Foundations.
I joined Early Foundations, a Primrose Operator, with many years of experience in the early childhood education field. I began my journey in childcare as a toddler teacher in 2006. I quickly realized that this was much more then a job to me; I had found my passion. I continued to grow in my career as I transitioned into administrative/management roles. In addition to my experience, I have my bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and extensive early childhood training.
I enjoy spending time with my hudband/daughter outdoors, crafting with my sisters, and relaxing with a warm blanket and a good movie. As a parent and an educator, I have had the opportunity to grow with my daughter through her childcare years. It is of the utmost importance to me to ensure quality care, individualized relationships, and a home-like environment for our children to learn and grow at. I look forward to being a resource for you, the Primrose teams, and the communities in which we serve.
