Contact UsWelcome to the Primrose School of Greatwood!
We are the proud Franchise Owners, Matt and Anne Evers.
In 2015, our Primrose journey started where many of you are right now – looking for the best childcare option for our new son, Cooper. Throughout that search, we were so impressed by the exceptional level of care and curriculum at Primrose Schools that we decided to open our own. Both our boys, Cooper (7) and Cannon (5) still attend Primrose today.
At Primrose Schools, who children become is as important as what they know. Our exclusive Balanced Learning® approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.
The staff at the Primrose School of Greatwood is dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and high-quality educational experience for your child. We strive to be the absolute best option for infant care through kindergarten, and after-school care for the entire Fort Bend area. If you are looking for an exceptional child care option that treats you like family, please consider our school.
Thank you for sharing these important years of your child’s life with our family!
Matt and Anne Evers are also proud owners of the Primrose School of Atascocita, Primrose School at Crossroads Park, Primrose School of Copperfield, and Primrose School at Balmoral.
We are conveniently located on Greatwood Parkway, right down the street from Brazos River Park and minutes away from Susanna Dickinson Elementary School. Unlike an ordinary daycare in Sugar Land, we provide your child with a robust early education and child care experience.

Hi there! We are the Coker family. We have three children, William (Ethan), 9, Benjamin, 6, and Teddy, 3. We enjoy traveling, visiting museums and the zoo, and playing Mario Kart as a family. We are proud to have been a part of the Primrose tribe since 2018, and greatly appreciate all the wonderful teachers and staff!
Fostering a sense of belongingness has been a part of every day at Primrose for the past 40 years, and we’re excited to invite all families, from Primrose and beyond, to join in as we celebrate the annual National Day of Belongingness on September 29.
Hi, My name is Kaenesha, (or Ms K) and I am a teacher in Early Preschool One at Primrose School of Greatwood. My passion and experience for childcare and early education brought me to Primrose. It is a joy to be part of the lives of my students and families during these early years of development. I love watching the children grow and learn every day – and being part of it. Bringing my creativity and energy to the classroom, especially during Harmony & Hearts, is my favorite! Fun facts about me: I am a mother of a beautiful 14 year old daughter, I started my own business called The Party XPert where I host children birthday parties. I enjoy shopping, spending time with my daughter (family), going to church, cooking and a good rainy day with a Lifetime movie. Thanks so much Primrose of Greatwood for choosing me to be The Apple of Our Eye this month!

There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
