  • Myehla Reneau, Franchise Owner

    Myehla Reneau

    Franchise Owner

Hello!! I’m Myehla Reneau, proud Franchise Owner of Primrose School of Grant Park. From our own experience as working parents, my husband, Andrae, and I know how difficult it can be to find quality child care that works for both children and parents. Our family experienced several different child care options including nannies, daycare and a Primrose school. We saw the distinct difference between simple daycare and the high-quality early education and care that we found at Primrose Schools.

For us, we noticed our son's increased curiosity as he played and explored the world around him. While he noticeably grew academically, we were even more impressed as we watched him learn lessons in what it means to have good character. These lessons were particularly significant to us, as we truly believe that who children become is as important as what they know. We are thrilled to bring that same high-quality early education and Primrose Experience that we came to know and love to families who live or work in metro Atlanta and the surrounding neighborhoods!

Andrae and I met while we were undergrads at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I earned my B.A. in biological anthropology, and Andrae earned his B.A. in economics. We maintain close ties with our alma mater and serve as Harvard undergraduate admissions interviewers. Since we share a love of learning, we both chose to continue our educations. I went on to earn my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Andrae received his JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which he uses daily as he manages his own law practice here in Atlanta. Andrae continues his career in law and assists me with technical support at our school. I manage the day-to-day of our school, putting my years of experience as a director of operations for a Fortune 500 company to good use. We knew that Primrose was the right place for us not only as parents, but as entrepreneurs because their culture, values, love of children and love of learning match our own. We wake up each day ready to make a difference in the lives of children......and have lots of fun in the process :)

Our son and daughter were our first students to enroll in the Explorer Program for after-school care and are possibly the most excited students at Primrose School of Grant Park. We are so happy that they both get to enjoy the Primrose Experience with us! We want parents to know that by choosing Primrose their children will be loved, cared for, educated and well-prepared for Kindergarten and for life, not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. Our family is excited to bring premier early education and care to the Grant Park community and metro Atlanta area. We can’t wait to welcome you to our Primrose family!
