Meet our September Apple of Our Eye, Ms. Sanchez! My name is Ms. Sanchez and I am the assistant teacher in the Preschool Pathways classroom. I am a graduate of Arlington Collegiate High School and I’m currently a student at Tarrant County Community College. Making a difference in a child’s life is a great feeling and just knowing that I can put a smile on their faces brings me joy. I enjoy building connections with children, because I know that they will be able to trust me and come to me about anything. My good listening skills and the ability to multitask is what I believe makes me a great teacher. If I could teach a child one thing, it would be to treat each other with respect and to accept everyone. I enjoy teaching at Primrose because I love seeing the bright and smiling faces of each child when they enter the classroom. Congratulations Ms. Sanchez! Thank you for everything you do for students and school!
We begin the year with lessons that foster a sense of belonging and help children to recognize, respect and celebrate how we are all alike and different.
Meet the Archer Family! We are Seth, Jennifer and twins Maryn and Myra. Both Seth and Jennifer work outside the home and are police officers for the City of Arlington. Seth works patrol and Jennifer works in Personnel and Recruiting. As a family, we enjoy being outside, riding four wheelers and gardening. Maryn loves to sing well-known songs or her originals. She also loves to color, craft, and watch movies. Myra loves to ride her bike and play with anything messy such as playdoh, slime, and kinetic sand. We have one official pet, a Bengal cat named Nayla. We live behind a farm and often have goats and chickens in our backyard. The girls believe these animals to be their pets. We have been with Primrose since June 2019. We love Primrose! Congratulations to the Archer family on being of September family of the month!
In observance of Labor Day, our school will be closed Monday, September 6th. We hope you have a safe and happy holiday!
The benefits of music for young children are undeniable. That’s why we created the Harmony & Heart® program, a unique approach designed to help children grow as students, musicians and people. Keep the fun and learning going at home — the first of four original music collections is available now.
On September 24th we will be celebrating all of the different cultures we have in our school. We would love for your child to share theirs with the class by creating a poster about their culture.
Our new exclusive Harmony & Heart® program integrates our proprietary music and books in a variety of thoughtful ways each day. Through learning about music, while simultaneously being exposed to concepts in math, language, and character development, your child will grow as a musician, a student, and a person.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
