We are, “ The FitzPatrick Family!” Our family includes Tom (Dad), Lindsay (Mom), Liam (age 7 on November 4th), Emma (age 4), Chase (2 weeks old), and our dog Marty (4 months old). Mom is from Livingston, NJ and has lived there her whole life. Dad is from Glenside, PA and now resides in Livingston, NJ and has lived her for over 12 years. Lindsay and Tom met at college. They both went to Albright College in Reading, PA. They met when Lindsay was a sophomore and Tom was a junior.
We have many activities that we enjoy as a family. Some of them include traveling, going to the movies, going to sporting events (mostly NJ Devils games), going to Broadway shows, spending time with grandparents, cousins and extended family, and going to the kids’ activities including ice hockey, soccer, baseball, and dance.
Both Liam and Emma’s favorite foods are chicken fingers and French fries. Liam’s favorite activity is playing ice hockey. Emma’s favorite activity is dance; she does many dance classes. Liam’s favorite toys are all of his hockey toys (hockey sticks, hockey goals, rollerblades). Emma’s favorite toys are all of her dolls. One of our family’s magical moments is our annual trip to Disney world. We were not able to go this year, but are hopeful to go back next year. Another special moment for our family is when Liam got to play Mites on Ice at the Prudential Center during a NJ Devils game (he was on live TV for this as well).
We love Primrose because of the excellent curriculum and we feel like the school provides a perfect balance of learning and playtime. We also love all of the teachers Liam and Emma have had at Primrose. We feel like the teachers really care deeply about the children and their progress both academically and socially. We can’t say enough about how much we have enjoyed interacting with all of our children’s teachers.
We’ve had an excellent experience with Primrose. Liam went to Primrose for 3 years and Emma will be there for 2 years before she moves on to Kindergarten in the Livingston School District. We were so happy with Primrose that when our school district decided to do a hybrid model for school this year, we decided to enroll Liam in the virtual program rather than send him 2 days a week to his normal school.
