Prior to building and opening Primrose School at Eastfield Village, Bill (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mitchellwilliam) earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, and then pursued a career in the corporate world. He was previously Vice President of Franchise Operations for Domino's Pizza at their Ann Arbor Michigan headquarters, where he was responsible for a $500 Million division of the company. He was also Vice President of Franchising at Aaron Rents, Inc. in Atlanta GA, with similar responsibilities. He is now President of the North Carolina Licensed Child Care Association, serves on the NC Board of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (Advanc-ED), the Board of the Washington DC-based Early Care and Education consortium, the Charlotte Mecklenburg School District's Task Force on Early Childhood Education, the Charlotte Chamber's Workforce Education and Development Committee, and is the Chairperson of the Primrose Schools Franchising Company Advisory Council. Polly was previously responsible for Franchise Administration at Domino's, then spent three years as Director of Franchise Administration at the Primrose School Franchising Company. They are the parents of 3 wonderful children, grandparents of seven even-more-wonderful grandchildren, and now have a second family of three Shih-Tzu's. Bill and Polly are proud that the school earned the prestigious Five Star award from the state of North Carolina and was named the Best Private Preschool in North Carolina by Carolina Business Leader Magazine. They spend most of each day at the school, and are passionately driven toward making the school the best option for your children, and committed to partnering with you to keep your child safe, very happy, and smarter every day.
