The Primrose School of Dunwoody selects Ms. Megan Prasch as the Apple of our Eye for April 2017.
Ms. Prasch started at Primrose in August 2016 as our Lead Private Kindergarten Teacher. With her, she brought her 18-month-old son James who is now a student in the Young Toddler Classroom. Ms. Prasch is a wonderful teacher to our kindergarten students. She does a great job bringing the curriculum to life in the classroom. She is often thinking outside the box and making creative projects and activities for her students.
Ms. Prasch grew up in Milton, went to the University of Georgia and studied Early Childhood Education. She taught for five years before starting here at Primrose. She married her husband Eddie on New Year’s Eve in 2011 and they later had their son James in October 2015. They currently love living in Dunwoody, just down the street from Primrose.
Outside of school, Ms. Prasch spends most of her time with her husband and son James. She explains, “As a family we love to be outside. During weekends, we are always exploring new parks, going for hikes, or attending a fun festival. We also love to travel to see new places and visit friends and family around the world.”
Ms. Prasch shares her Primrose experience by saying “Joining the Primrose Family was such a great decision for the whole family. I am so happy to be in this great atmosphere working with wonderful students and coworkers each day. I feel so lucky to get to peek in on James in the Young Toddler Room and see all of the friends he’s making, things he’s learning and how much he enjoys school!”
We are so happy to have Ms. Megan here at Primrose! Thank you so much for all that you do!
