    Executive Director

Ms. Prime is originally from Atlanta, specifically the Emory University area. After graduating from high school, she spent a few years at The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) then transferred to Kennesaw State University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science.

Upon graduation, she moved to New York City and soon discovered her passion for early childhood education, and she changed path from university research to education management. After being hired by one of NYC’s premier education management companies, she was quickly promoted to the curriculum department then finally assuming the role of the Director of Curriculum. After managaing the largest department responsible for curating, building, and implementing curriculum for early preschool and kindergarten education, she was ready to further her career, and relocated to Dallas, Texas. Here she expanded her knowledge in the education management field as an operations manager for a small company servicing middle and high school students, and again, was quickly promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer for the company. This executive role included managing company operations; organizing, leading, and supporting all staff; and consulting with DFW area private school students and parents.

After moving back to Atlanta, her passion lead her to Primrose and the phenomenal Balanced Learning approach that she so fiercely believes in!

Primrose School of Duluth West is independently owned and operated by Christine Thomas. Her first experience with Primrose came years ago when Chris struggled to find quality education and care for her son. She was elated and relieved when she found a safe home away from home for her son at Primrose. Her experience was so positive that she decided to send her youngest son there as well and referred countless friends and family to Primrose. Seeing how quickly her sons developed in a multitude of areas while attending Primrose school was nothing short of inspiring. So when she decided to leave corporate America for a life fulfilling opportunity, it was an easy decision to seek ownership of a Primrose school. Christine is originally from Kingston, Jamaica and moved to the states to attend school. She has a wealth of knowledge in Business and Information Technology, working at Hewlett Packard for 20 years. Christine has a true entrepreneurial spirit as she has owned and operated several businesses. Her goals are to provide the leadership and resources necessary to fulfill the Primrose promise of providing educational excellence to your children during this critical developmental time in their young lives. She is privileged by the having the opportunity to make a positive difference in your family's lives! Please feel free to stop by sometime to meet all the members of the Primrose School of Duluth West family.
