My name is Brandy Tindall and I'm the proud Director here at Primrose School of Crystal Falls!
I started my Primrose journey seventeen years ago in Bedford, Texas as an assistant Pre-K teacher before moving back to the Leander area where I continued my journey at Primrose School of Cedar Park West. Throughout my seventeen years at Primrose, I have taught Pre-K, Preschool and for the past eight years I have been in a leadership role. My passion has always been in Early Childhood Education!
I have been married to my husband Chris for twelve years. We both grew up in the Austin area and now live in Hutto, Texas. We have a very energetic boy named Logan. Logan turned eleven this year and started sixth grade at Farley Middle School. He keeps us busy with his love of football and the outdoors.
I thoroughly enjoy working with young children. I feel that early childhood education is one of the most important fields to be in because the children we encounter are like sponges: their minds are eager to learn and absorb all we have to offer, and Primrose has a phenomenal way of being able to educate their young minds while having a balance of nurturing guidance and purposeful play within our classrooms.
I look forward to partnering with each one of you in your child's educational journey with us at Primrose. You can always reach me via email at Brandy.Tindall@PrimroseCrystalFalls.com I am beyond excited to get to know you and your family!
Hello! My name is Kelly Stewart and I am very excited to join the Primrose Management Team as the Assistant Director. I was the Lead Toddler Teacher here since we opened in 2015. I have worked in childcare and education since 2000. Prior the that, I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and worked in banking and finance for about 10 years. In 2000, I began working in the nursery at my church with children (infants to 12 years). It was during this time that I realized I had a passion for children and decided to make a career change. I went back to college, while still working in corporate finance, and earned my teaching certificate. I started working for Leander ISD in 2003 and taught Kindergarten for 8 years, 1st grade for 2 years and 4th grade for one year. I resigned from full time public school teaching to focus on my family. My husband, David and I have both lived in Texas our whole lives. We have three wonderful children. Our son Dakota and our daughter Kacey are both attending college at Texas State University. Our daughter Madison will graduate in 2026 from Liberty Hill High School.
Hi! I’m Amber and I’m super excited to have joined the Primrose team as Parent Relations Coordinator. I have always loved working with children and have previously enjoyed being a scout leader and Sunday school teacher. Before coming to Primrose, I was a 911 dispatcher for 9 years. My husband, Paul, and I moved to Georgetown from Massachusetts and now that all seven of our children are grown, I decided to get my baby fix at Primrose! When I’m not at school I like to read cozy mysteries, collect gnomes and cookbooks, and I just started to crochet again. I also love to travel, some of my favorite trips so far have been Amsterdam, London, and Philadelphia (the Mutter Museum is a must see!).
Hi! My name is Darla Kinnibrugh. I was born and raised here in Austin, Texas. I have one son, a daughter-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters. I am semi-retired, I worked for the Texas Dept. of Public Safety for over 31 years and retired in August of 2016. I stayed retired for about 6 months then went to work part time in retail, then decided to go back full time in April 2018.
I started working in my church pre-school with the infants. I truly loved being able to care for the infants and give them love and watch them grow. I also helped out in the older classrooms when needed.
When not at work, I love to spend time with my granddaughters, family and my dogs/
Hi, my name is Scarlet Spencer, I recently relocated from the Houston Area to the Austin area. I am a mother of four children and a Grandmother (Mima) to six beautiful grandchildren.

My name is Elizabeth Duffy, most of you may know me as Ms.Lizzy. I am 23 years old and my birthday is in October. I’m a Libra! I absolutely love dogs. I have a German Short-haired Pointer and he is so, so spoiled. I’m originally from California, born and raised. I have been all over the place, my family loves to travel! My family and I had just relocated to Leander, Texas last fall from a little town just outside Nashville,TN where I had previously worked as a preschool teacher’s assistant for the ages of 3-4. My goal is to resume back to school as I had been taking classes towards the medical field. I’ve always wanted to be in the medical field since I can remember as I love helping people. That’s where my joy of working with children comes in. I love getting to meet all the new families and creating bonds with the children! I look forward to coming to work everyday making them laugh and smile as they learn new things and I look forward to making many more memories!
Hi, my name is Aubrey Barnett, I am 19 years old and was born and raised in Illinois. I have two sisters, one younger, one older and an older brother. I have been living in Texas since 2014. I love Austin, especially since it's so heavily influenced by art and in my free time I love to paint and draw. I've loved art since I could walk which is most likely because growing up I always looked up to my grandma who was very artistically inclined.
While in High School I was in a program called Ready Set Teach where I went to Pleasant Hill Elementary school and worked as an intern. Ever since then I've wanted to become a teacher. Getting my job at Primrose was a dream come true. I love listening to the silly stories the children have and making them laugh.
Hi, my name is Aisling Murray. I am so excited to become the new Preschool Pathway Lead Teacher. I have enjoyed being apart of the Primrose family for the past year and I can't wait to be more involved in your child's learning development. I have learned so much from Mrs. Monica that I will continue to use in the classroom.
A little about me: I was born in California but spent a huge majority of my life in Texas. I'm happily living with my fiancé and our seven fur babies out in the country. We are currently planning our wedding. When we aren't working we love spending time with our family and our friends.
Working with children has always been a passion of mine. I just didn't know if I would have the chance to do it until Primrose gave me this wonderful opportunity. I have found my calling. I am thrilled to be working with your children, meeting all the parents and continuing to grow with Primrose. I look forward to all the memories we will make this school year.

We are Jay and Robin Fischer. Originally from Minnesota, we have been in the Austin area since 1998. We are the proud parents of three children, Bennett and Jackson (twin boys born in 2000) and Ella (born in 2003). After our sons were born we began looking for quality childcare where our children would be safe and happy and receive an excellent preschool education. Upon learning about Primrose, we made the decision to become franchise owners. We entered the Primrose family in late 2003, when we had the opportunity to purchase Primrose School of Round Rock and Primrose School of Round Rock at Forest Creek. In 2008, we opened our third location, Primrose School of Cedar Park West. In 2013 we chose to downsize and focus on the Cedar Park and Leander communities. In 2015 we opened Primrose School of Crystal Falls. We were fortunate to have all three of our children attend Primrose. Our twin boys are currently attending Texas A&M and our daughter is in her senior year. Robin is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and holds a degree in Sociology. Prior to Primrose, Robin worked in the insurance industry as a Casualty Claims Manager. Jay has a business degree from the University of Minnesota and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Prior to Primrose, Jay worked as a Program Manager for an information technology research firm. We are thrilled to be franchise owners and are excited about the opportunity to continue providing quality educational childcare to the Cedar Park and Leander communities.
