We are honored to introduce our January Employee of the Month - Ms. Darla Kinnibrugh, Co-Lead Infant Teacher I was born and raised here in Austin, Texas. I have one son, a daughter-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters. I am semi-retired, I worked for the Texas Dept. of Public Safety for over 31 years and retired in August of 2016. I stayed retired for about 6 months then went to work part time in retail, then decided to go back full time in April 2018. I started working in my church pre-school with the infants. I truly loved being able to care for the infants and give them love and watch them grow. I also helped out in the older classrooms when needed. When not at work, I love to spend time with my granddaughters, family and my dogs.
Our new exclusive Harmony & Heart™ program integrates our proprietary music and books in a variety of thoughtful ways each day. Through learning about music, while simultaneously being exposed to concepts in math, language, and character development, your child will grow as a musician, a student, and a person.
Meet the Denton Family! Robbie and Sarah Denton, met in October 2010, married 3 years later on 7/23/13. Robbie has 3 older children, Avery-27, Brody-20, and Landry "Sissy"-19 years old now, and then sweet Ryder came along in 2015 to complete our family:) Robbie grew up in Lago Vista and has lived in Leander, TX since graduating HS. Sarah grew up in Duncanville, TX then moved to Austin, TX in 2002. Robbie owns his own Landscaping company and even does our very own Primrose of Crystal Falls! Sarah is a recruiter at Indeed.com and helps people get jobs every day. We work hard to provide for our big family and try to take time to enjoy each other when we are not working. Some fun facts about our blended family: Dad loves to ride and race Mountain Bikes in his downtime... Mom's thing is Crossfit at a local gym called Whitetail CrossFit in Leander... Ryder is a lefty and enjoys anything involving sports, so we love watching him play... Ryder is also an Uncle! His older sister, Avery, has 2 kiddos, Raleigh and Gwen- so we are also Grandparents. Finally, we have been with Primrose since Ryder was an infant and have enjoyed watching him grow over these last, almost 5 years now. We can't thank the Primrose Family enough for being an extension of our own family by teaching, developing, loving, and protecting our baby boy over the years. We love and appreciate all you do! The Denton Family XOXO
Join us as we celebrate our 100th day of school on Wednesday January 13th! Children and staff will come wearing their special shirts that they designed and created with their families. Be sure to check out our Facebook to see fun pictures of this event!
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
