Mrs. Tucker
Mrs. Tucker began her career in Early Childhood Education in 2018, where she discovered her passion for nurturing and supporting our youngest learners as an Infant Teacher. Through her caring nature, dedication, and commitment to fostering each child’s development, she built strong relationships with children and their families while creating a safe, loving, and engaging learning environment.
In 2020, Mrs. Tucker transitioned into the Toddler classroom, where she continued to inspire curiosity, encourage independence, and help children reach important developmental milestones. Her ability to create meaningful learning experiences and support her teaching team made her a valued member of the school community.
Recognizing her leadership skills, strong work ethic, and passion for early childhood education, Mrs. Tucker was promoted to a Leadership role in 2024. In her current position, she is committed to supporting teachers, partnering with families, and ensuring every child receives a high-quality educational experience. Mrs. Tucker is passionate about helping children develop a lifelong love of learning while fostering a positive and collaborative school culture.
Mrs. Bradford
Mrs. Bradford has been dedicated to the field of Early Childhood Education since 2017, gaining valuable experience working with children of all ages, from infants through Pre-K. Throughout her career, she has built a strong foundation in creating engaging learning environments that support each child’s unique developmental journey.
Her passion for education, commitment to excellence, and ability to mentor others led to her promotion as our Education Coach. In this role, Mrs. Bradford works closely with teachers to support curriculum implementation, enhance classroom experiences, and foster best practices in early childhood education. She is also committed to helping every student reach their full potential by ensuring classrooms are nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.
Mrs. Bradford is passionate about empowering both teachers and children, creating a collaborative learning environment where everyone can grow, succeed, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

My name is Matt Coombs and I am the proud owner of Primrose School of Cross Creek. My wife Dora and I share eleven beautiful children together. As a parent, I understand how difficult it can be to find both a safe and educational environment that also provides the exceptional level of care we all expect for our most precious gifts. I am beyond excited to be a part of the Primrose family and to share this amazing school with the Tampa Bay community.
I owned and operated a high-quality family child care program in Indiana for 15 years. In addition, I also have a Child Development Associate Credential in Family Childcare. My love and passion for early childhood education is what brought me to Primrose Schools. I am passionate about our mission to forge a path that leads to a brighter future for all children. I am dedicated to making a difference for all children and families by delivering high-quality early learning experiences that lead to the right foundation for continual learning in life. I am devoted to partnering with families to give children everywhere the opportunity to shine!
Raising our children in Indiana, I dreamed to deliver the best and most trusted early care and education for children and families across America. After a long journey, I knew Primrose was the best fit for my family and me.
