Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Schedule A TourDuring the month of February, students at the Primrose School of Clear Lake spread kindness throughout the local community in celebration of Random Acts of Kindness Day February 17th. The staff, families and students decided to partner with the Pasadena Animal Shelter that was severely damaged by a tornado on January 24th. At that time the tornado hit, 170 dogs and cats were being housed at the shelter. Fortunately, all the animals and staff were okay but the tornado ripped off the roof of a kennel facility and left the shelter without electricity or running water.
After hearing about this, the Primrose School of Clear Lake decided to host a drive and collect donated supplies such as food, toys and kennels to help the Pasadena Animal Shelter replenish destroyed items. It is important that we teach children about the importance of community and inclusion. On Friday February 24th, the students in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom took a field trip to the Pasadena Animal Shelter to deliver the donated items and spread kindness.
