Ms. Amey has recently joined the Primrose of Clear Lake, but has been working with children for several years prior to joining us. What she enjoys most about young children is that they remind her of how amazing life truly is. She loves incorporating new holidays and experiences into her students’ lives, and hopes to help them learn and discover more about life and cultures. The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein is her favorite children’s book because it is a great way to learn about life, love, and friendships - she treasures time to share it with her students. When she’s not reading to her kids, you can find her engaging with them in arts and outside activities. She loves to be a part of their imagination and exploring each of her children’s unique personalities. Her priority in the classroom is making sure it is a safe and happy place.
