Health & Safety Practices in Place

  • Vestibule drop off & pick up with touch less sign in/out via QRG scan from mobile telephone
  • Requiring face coverings for all staff & adults
  • Daily Temperature Checks for Staff & Children entering the building
  • Daily Wellness Screening for Staff & Children entering the building
  • Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
  • Installed Global Plasma Solutions air purification systems within the HVAC and running 24/7/365 protecting the school from a variety of pathogens including pollutants, dust, allergens, mold, bacteria and viruses
  • Hiring of additional housekeeping staff to provide extra sanitation and disinfection of classrooms, bathrooms and common areas
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces and toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Continuous health & safety training for teachers including first aid, CPR, and common signs of illness
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered twice weekly
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratio
