    School Director

Hello, my name is Krystal Kinsey, and I am very excited to be the new Director at Primrose Champions. I graduated from an all-women’s college with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in History. I continued on to obtain my A.A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education. I have two daughters and 2 cats. I am happy to say that I am putting down roots in the Cypress area! I like to be involved in my community and volunteer. I enjoy being outdoors, anything water related is my element. I grew up in a military family, so I have been to all the corner of the United States and beyond.

I have been in professional childcare for over 10 years. That time has been spent in the classroom as an Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher; and then later as part of the administrative staff as an Assistant Director and my most recent role as Director. I am very passionate about creating a community that nurtures each individual child to their fullest potential. My door is always open, and I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you.

  • Ms. Valerie, Assistant Director

    Ms. Valerie

    Assistant Director

Hello! My name is Valerie, and I was born and raised right here in Texas! My family and I currently reside in the city of Humble. I have two children who are my pride and joy. My daughter attends Texas A&M University; my son is still in high school and is my football superstar.  My children and I love traveling, spending time at the beach, and Aggie Football.

I have been a part of this Primrose family since 2008. I started at Primrose School of Champions in the Infant room shaping little minds at an early age. In the Fall of 2009, I transitioned to a leadership role as the Administrative Assistant. In 2016 I accepted the opportunity to serve the Primrose Champions community as the Assistant Director. I have loved every minute of my time here. I have watched our students grow from Infancy until graduation at 4 and 5 years old. It still amazes me after so many years the positive effect that quality early childhood education has on children.

It brings me so much joy when the families of our Primrose graduates stop to give their testament of their child’s experience with Primrose School of Champions and how our staff and teachers are one of the main reasons their children are successful in grade school. We have an important critical role in early childhood education that must be taken seriously. The success of our children and staff depends on great leaders and that drives me to continue to do what I love. Motivate great staff and shape little minds.

  • Ms. Xinh, Education Coordinator

    Ms. Xinh

    Education Coordinator

Hello! My name is Xinh. I started my career in early childhood education with Primrose Schools when I moved to Houston in 2017. I continued my career choice at Primrose School of Champions in 2019 when my husband and I bought our house in Champion Forest.

Prior to Primrose Schools, I was a behavioral therapist in California and oversee working with elementary school-age children. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Behavior at the University of California Irvine in 2008. I have 14 years of experience working with children and I love every minute of it. The reason why I chose Primrose Schools is because of its mission and vision. I believe that every child needs a safe, nurturing, and loving environment to learn and grow. Each child is special in their own way. With the right tools and proper guidance that Primrose provides, the children will be able to reach their full potential to live healthier and happier life.

My favorite part of my job is being able to see all the smiles and growth the children show every day as well as working alongside our leadership team to support the teachers to become the best they can be. I am proud to be part of the leadership team at Primrose School of Champions.

    Franchise Owners

Hello, we are Snehal and Nancy Bhakta, the proud Owners of Primrose School of Champions!

As parents, we understand how difficult it can be to find both a safe and educational environment that also provides an exceptional level of care for your children. We want to assure our commitment to deliver and exceed the expectations in providing the highest quality of education and care at Primrose School of Champions.

Our vision is to create a lasting impact on future generations through education. Nancy’s unconditional love for children and passion for early childhood education strengthened after seeing the results in our children. We decided to shift our career focus to provide this experience with Primrose Schools and create a lasting difference in every child in our community. Through the Balanced Learning® approach, Primrose delivers that environment for every child to grow academically and develop the necessary skills required in life.

Prior to becoming Franchise Owners, we both had successful careers working in the Houston area for over 15 years. Snehal held a leadership role in management while working for one of the largest engineering firms. Snehal earned a master’s degree in Geospatial Engineering from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Nancy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Houston. We’re thrilled to bring the same passion for education and invaluable experience to Primrose School of Champions.

Who children become is as important as what they know is a belief that is at the core of our Balanced Learning® approach. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.

We look forward to meeting you and your family!
