Information Family of the Month - June 2018

Charles and Beth Willis, along with their children Addy (EXP), Camille (EXP), Charlie (PS), and Matthew (INF), are our Family of the Month for June.

Beth writes: "We are so excited and honored to be Family of the Month! We have four kids at Primrose - Addy (8) and Camille (6) are in the Explorers program, Charlie (3) is in Preschool, and Matthew (5 months) is in the Infant class. We came to Primrose when Addy was 18 months old and couldn't imagine having anyone else take care of our kids now. It's never easy being away from our little ones while we're at work, but the staff and teachers at Primrose make it so much easier. I feel like each and every person working here treats our kids like one of their own, and most days when we get here to pick up our kids, they are not ready to leave and come home with us (which is the best sign of how much our kids love it here)!

We initially switched to Primrose because of the really strong curriculum that is in place, but beyond that, I love the values that it helps to instill in our kids (the Rules of the Roost are stuck on our fridge for everyone to see!) It is one thing to have these values up on the wall or on a website, but this is lived out every day in every class and taught to our kids in a meaningful way. From the day-to-day things like treating others with kindness, to the big things like Spring Fling and Pre-K class visits to the retirement home, our kids are getting experiences that are shaping them in a way that a “regular daycare” never could.
