Information Family of the Month - January 2019

Robert and Natalie Eglinton, along with their children Eleanor (PS) and Sadie (Inf), are our Family of the Month for January.

Natalie writes: "Four years ago, we walked into Primrose to tour the facility and to find childcare for our soon-to-be-born oldest daughter. During the tour we walked into the Toddler 1 room while they were having snack. We will never forget being amazed that the teachers in that room had twelve little 12 to 18-month-olds each sitting in their chair enjoying their snack. There was no throwing food. No one was wandering the room. No one was screaming. It was calm. It was peaceful. And it felt like a place a child could learn. Every classroom we went into had the same feel. From that tour we knew we would be leaving our daughter in great hands.

Almost four years and an additional little girl later, we still feel that way. We are constantly amazed by what our three-year-old knows (a couple months ago she taught us what a “chrysalis” is), thankful for what Primrose teaches us (we didn’t even know where to start with potty training; don’t worry, they did!), but most importantly, we're thankful for the facility and staff (our youngest suffers from horrible separation anxiety but all she has is big smiles for all the teachers when we drop her off in the infant room). Thank you, Primrose, for being such a major part of our life! "
