Primrose School of Castle Rock is looking for a Director of Operations. A Colorado Director License is required, and experience is preferred. We are looking for someone or even the perfect duo of Director and Assistant Director to become part of our Primrose Family who shares our beliefs and values. Must be able to work 45-50 hours a week Monday- Friday. Overall responsibilities for this position are managing and overseeing all aspects of our premiere private preschool includes but not limited to; health & safety, enrollment and financial wellness, staffing, training, and retention, and deliver a high-quality education and care for children. We are also for looking for someone that will make the working place a “fun and enjoyable” working environment. With this position comes excellent benefits and compensation package. Salary is negotiable and starts at $60,000 depending on experience. All applicants and staff members are required to vaccinated against COVID-19.
