    Neeti Sobti

    Franchise Owner

    Welcome to Primrose Schools!

I am the proud owner, Neeti Sobti, of Primrose School of Cary! I am honored to be able to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself. I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 24 years, with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Child Development and a specialization in Early Childhood Education. My tenure in the field ranged from being a Teacher to a Program Coordinator, a Director for over 14 years, and a Regional/District Manager for 5 years. I have worked with renowned franchises like Kiddie Academy and Kids ‘R’ Kids, and corporate-run centers like Rainbow Child Care Centers, KinderCare and The Learning Care Group.

My daughter graduated from Primrose 20 years ago, and the quality of care and education she received stayed in my heart, even while operating and visiting numerous centers as a professional within the field. The value of relationships built with the leadership team, teachers and other families has always been a personal criterion I set within my centers. The brand of Primrose has always worked and stayed synonymous of high quality of care, safety and education, and I find myself in sync with Primrose’s organizational values and goals and am honored to own a school and help serve the community under the brand.

As an educator, I realize that the education and the overall development of children is a difficult job and cannot be accomplished without the assistance of parents. Partnership of the staff and the parents, under the guidance of the franchise, is crucial and I look forward to building a center with a learning environment that is conducive to meet the intellectual, physical and social/emotional needs of the children.

Who children become is as important as what they know, and this is a belief that is at the core of our Balanced Learning® approach. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.

I am excited to meet you and your family!
