As the Executive Vice President, Mrs. Rocheford is a key player between the Primrose School of Burlington and the Primrose School of Woburn. Mrs. Rocheford is responsible for ensuring the operations of the schools are running efficiently and effectively for the parents, children, and faculty in order to produce a premium school experience.
Mrs. Rocheford began her career with Primrose School of Burlington in 2014, six months after the school opened their doors. Her primary role was to design new systems, practices, and policies in a fast growing new school as well as ensuring the families, children, and faculty were satisfied with the program overall. Mrs. Rocheford then moved into the marketing and recruitment role where she produced events to market the school to the community and hired amazing early education professionals. In early 2020, Mrs. Rocheford took on the responsibilities of
Principal at the Burlington location, while still holding the promise of recruitment. In August of 2021, Mrs. Rocheford handed over the reins to Mrs. Kate Latham as the new Principal at Burlington and now is the Executive Vice President of both locations.
Mrs. Rocheford has a wealth of knowledge across the business organization and is committed to ensuring that the children are well-cared, the faculty are supported and well-trained, and the parents are satisfied.
Kate Latham began her career at Primrose in 2016. She joined the Primrose configuration with extensive background in public elementary education and special education. Mrs. Latham earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Endicott College and later a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Western Governor’s University. Her many years of experience in the field and extensive education make her an integral part of our mission to be the best preschool in New England.
Most recently Mrs. Latham led the school’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are grateful for the policies she put into place and enforced that led to zero cases of COVID-19 transmission within the school. One of her focuses now is to ensure that as we move out of the pandemic that we continue the practices have that kept our students healthy and safe.
As a mother of a Primrose student herself, Mrs. Latham is committed to creating the best experience possible for each student. She partners closely with our families to ensure that every child is set up for success during, and beyond their time at Primrose. It is her goal that each child who graduates from our school be academically ahead of their peers but also very socially and emotionally mature. She works in partnership with the public school systems in the area to make sure that every Primrose graduate ends up in the spot where they will continue to be most successful.
Ms. Lori Reposa began her career at Primrose School of Burlington in 2014. She has been working with young children over 13 years ago and has experience with all children of all age groups. The Daycare industry helped guide Ms. Reposa to where her career really began, Primrose Schools. When Ms. Reposa began her journey at Primrose School of Burlington, she was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher while she was finishing her bachelor’s degree. Ms. Reposa earned her B.A in Child Development with a minor in marketing. Ms. Reposa is the Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator at Primrose School of Burlington and holds recruitments for both Primrose School of Burlington and Primrose School of Woburn. She works endlessly and is committed to ensure we are hiring early childhood professionals that have a true passion for setting children up for academic success.
My name is Shana Teles and I began my journey with Primrose School of Burlington in April of 2014. I have been an early childhood educator for 14 years and have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. Educating young children has always been a passion of mine as well as guiding teachers around me to be professional educators. Currently, I am the Classroom Excellence Coordinator of the Primrose School of Burlington where I help faculty to develop high standard educator skills for the young children, they teach everyday. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 sons and fiancé. I love working out and reading books.
Alicia Williams has been with Primrose Schools since 2020 and began in our school as a kindergarten teacher where she developed strong relationships with students and partnered with parents to provide an uncommon experience. Ms. Williams is the Client and Faculty Coordinator at the Primrose School of Burlington and serves our entire community. She assists families with joining our school, engages with our faculty to ensure they are shown our appreciation and manages all school-wide events for our families to generate fun and memorable moments that will last a lifetime. Ms. Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education with a minor in ABA from Endicott College as well as a Master’s Degree in Special Education, also from Endicott College.
Mr. Tyler McGrath joined us as our Chef in 2020. He has been in the culinary field for many years working in private and public sectors.
Chef Tyler enjoys making people happy through his cooking. He is constantly researching and learning in order to design new and exciting menus for our students. As a father himself, chef Tyler understand the importance of nutrition in the lives of young children.
Ms. Briana Raposo is a faculty member in Room 1 in our Infant Wing. Ms. Raposo joined us this year after we opened our second school in Woburn. She is currently focusing on obtaining her EEC certification through the state of Massachusetts.
Ms. Raposo’s positive mood and patient demeanor has created a comforting and safe environment inside her classroom. She has incredible expertise at understanding each child’s needs individually which has made her a valuable partner for the parents in terms of their child’s development. Ms. Raposo uses her understanding of each child and of child development to guide parents through the integral first year.
Ms. Kellyann Correia joined our Infant Wing this year with more than six years of experience in the field. Ms. Correia is certified to teach infants and toddlers.
Ms. Correia uses her expertise of development inside the first two years of life to inform her interactions with the children in her classroom each and every day. She creates a warm and welcoming environment and truly loves each of the children as if they were her own. She prepares her children for the older invite classroom and ensures they are developmentally ready for what is to come.
Mrs. Vania Pascoal joined our Infant Wing as an Assistant Teacher in 2019. Mrs. Pascoal previously worked as a nutritionist in Brazil and upon relocating to the US, came to work at PSOB with her daughter! She worked incredibly hard to earn her certificate through the Department of Early Education and Care and became a Teacher in Room 2.
Mrs. Pascoal is incredibly caring and attentive to her students, she forms an amazing bond with each child who comes through her classroom. As an offer of help for the families she works with, Mrs. Pascoal is always willing and ready to share her expertise in nutrition as parents work to keep their growing children healthy and happy!
Ms. Allison D’Amelio is a faculty member in our Infant Wing in Room 2. She joined our team with seven years of experience working with Infants. She is certified by the state of Massachusetts to teach children from infancy through preschool.
Ms. D’Amelio is incredibly patient and outgoing. Her fun-loving personality makes for a classroom culture that the children thrive in. She values her relationships with her students’ parents and is committed to creating and maintaining partnerships that are based on open and thorough communication. Ms. D’Amelio understands what is important to each family individually and prioritizes taking care of those concerns.
Ms. Amanda Banzy is one of the Room 3 teachers in the Toddler Wing. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Information and Library Science. She has been working in the field of Early Childhood since 2018.
Ms. Banzy brings a calm and patient demeanor into a busy toddler classroom. She is a great listener and finds it incredibly important to build a strong relationship with the parents of her students. Ms. Banzy shares her love for reading and language with her students and their love for leaning flourishes because of it!
Ms. Madison Rezendes is the newest member of our PSOB family. She joined us after working for Billerica Public Schools. Ms. Rezendes is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked in the field for seven years.
Ms. Rezendes is passionate about making sure the learning that happens in her classroom accommodates every different type of learner. She is passionate about encouraging social and emotional development in supportive ways through play.
Mrs. Victoria McAnally joined the Toddler Wing as a Room 4 teacher early in 2021 after moving to the area from Virginia. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Granite State College. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood since 2015.
Mrs. McAnally is incredibly flexible and always willing to help however she can. It is incredibly important to her that every child and parent feels comfortable and welcome in her classroom. Her commitment to creating a positive environment is unwavering.
Ms. Farbrianna Hickford joined our team in July of 2021. Ms. Hickford is a student at Lesley University and earned a certification in infants and toddlers through the Department of Early Education and Care. She joined us after working as a teacher at Mass General's on-site school.
Ms. Hickford is a team player who prioritizes communication with those around her. Her goal is to make sure she is creating the best experience for her students and co-workers. Her caring nature allows her to quickly form a meaningful bond with the children in her classroom that allows them to flourish in her care!
Mrs. Beth Lyon is one of the wonderful faculty members in our Toddler Wing. You will find her in Room 3. Mrs. Lyon joined our Infant Wing in 2019 and moved into Toddlers after falling in love with the age group. Mrs. Lyon loves to be busy and rises to every challenge and as such is not only certified to teach all age groups at our school but is also a personal trainer and sports nutritionist.
Mrs. Lyon loves to be active and get in on the fun with her students. Her high level of engagement is paired with constant communication with the children. This has led to increased language development success in her students. As a mother herself, she approaches each interaction with love and care!
Ms. Owirka joined our team last year as a support teacher. We quickly realized she is a natural teacher and we moved her into a classroom teacher role. Since starting with us she went back to school and has satisfied all the state requirements to earn her teacher certification.
Ms. Owirka cares deeply about her students and prioritizes forming individual relationships with each of them so that she can help them reach their highest potential. She recognizes that each child arrives in her classroom with a unique set of needs, and she adjusts her interactions to reflect that. she also recognizes the importance of parent partnership in ensuring the best experience possible for her students.
Mrs. Amanda Homan began at the Primrose School of Burlington in 2020. Mrs. Homan has supported nearly every wing in the school during her time here. She is certified to teach all ages of children and has a specialized certificate in Early Childhood Education.
Mrs. Homan cares deeply about the children at PSOB. She is always upbeat and positive and enjoys encouraging the children in their learning and exploration. She uses her great organization skill to make sure every child is taken care of to our exacting standards each day.
Mrs. Kusum Garg is began as our Kindergarten Support Teacher. After seeing how passionate and devoted she is, we offered her a position in our Early Preschool wing. Mrs. Garg has a degree from the University of North Benegal and over ten years of experience working with children. She is certified to work with school age children and is currently waiting for the award of her teacher certification for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
Mrs. Garg is incredibly patient and understanding. She spends her days immersed in learning and play with the children. She enjoys documenting the children’s triumphs and exploration to share with the parents. As a mother herself, she understands the importance of a bond between a child’s parents and their teachers.
Ms. Jennifer Nice is a member of our Early Preschool teaching team. Ms. Nice graduated cum laude from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor of Arts. Ms.Nice has worked in education for five years and is certified to teach infants, toddlers and preschool.
Ms. Nice is extremely passionate about teaching young children. She goes above and beyond to ensure the learning is engaging and memorable. It is typical to see larger than life displays and enhancements in her classroom that invite her students to explore and create deep connections in their learning. She has an immense sense of pride in her students and genuinely cares for each and every one of them.
Ms. Ronnie Williams joined our team as a Faculty Support after moving to Boston from North Carolina. She is currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. This is her first time working with children in this capacity. After seeing her natural skill with children and her rigor for learning new skills, we moved Ms. Williams into a classroom teacher role in Room 6.
Ms. Williams joined the Primrose School of Burlington because she loves the environment and the evident care everyone has for each other. Ms. Williams is kind, compassionate and always eager to learn. We are thrilled to have her on our team!
Ms. Sabine Boucher joined Primrose in early 2020. She has worked with young children since 2012 and before joining our team was a preschool teacher for three years. Ms. Boucher is certified to teach infants, toddlers and preschool aged children by the state.
Ms. Boucher very quickly became an integral part of our Early Preschool team thanks to her extensive knowledge of child development and wonderful demeanor with her children and families. She is organized, thoughtful and committed to always delivering the best experience possible to her students.
Ms. Lisa Masse began at Primrose in May of 2021. Ms. Masse has worked with young children for 6 years in both private and group settings. She has an Associate's Degree in Education and is certified by the state to teach infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
We can depend on Ms. Masse to always be in a positive mood. Her upbeat and bubbly attitude helps her to form fantastic relationships with each of her students. For Ms. Masse, it is a top priority to ensure that each child feels safe and accepted in her classroom. She enjoys being engaged with her students and making sure they are getting the most out of their learning.
Ms. Kayla Hauser joined the Early Preschool Wing as a teacher in 2020. Ms. Hauser has been working in the field since 2015 and as a mother herself, came to us with a wealth of knowledge about early childhood.
Ms. Hauser has a passion for art. She loves to share her creativity with her students. She is skilled at turning their work into gorgeous displays in the classroom that bring their learning to life. Art is not the only form of expression in Room 5, Ms. Hauser also focuses on supporting her students to learn to confidently express their feelings and emotions with words. She is incredibly committed to helping the parents in her classroom raise good little humans!
Ms. Taylor Bamford is the newest member of our Early Preschool team. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Suffolk University. She recently moved to the area which is what brought her to us.
Prior to her move, she was working as a private nanny for a family. Ms. Bamford prides herself in being dependable and positive. She wants to create the best experience possible for her students and strives to build a love for learning in every child. She is moving with grace and ease through our extensive onboarding training so we are very confident she is going to thrive in the classroom with her students!
Ms. Ashley Robson has been a teacher in our school since 2020. She joined us after deciding to make a career shift from Electrical Engineering to Education. Since joining our team she has gone back to school. She quickly earned her teaching certification and is now working towards completing an education degree.
Ms. Robson is passionate about understanding how children develop as individuals in order to provide the best experience for each unique learner. She is committed to differentiating her instruction to ensure that each child is receiving the support they need to be challenged along their path to becoming the best person they can be. Ms. Robson empowers her students and is an integral part in building their love for learning.
Ms. Kelli Doherty joined our team during the summer of 2021. She has a degree in Education from Salem State University and has worked for 5 years in the field of education. Most recently she worked as a paraprofessional in Salem Public Schools.
Ms. Doherty has known since a young age that she wanted to be a teacher. After working as a nanny she realized how passionate she was about working with young children. She is a fantastic listener and it is a priority for her that her students to feel heard and understood.
Ms. Alicia Hooper joined the preschool wing in early 2021 with an impressive background in the field of Early Childhood Education. Ms. Hooper has her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked in education for over a decade. She is certified to teach preschool by the Department of Early Education and Care.
Ms. Hooper is incredibly committed to the success of each and every student who comes through her classroom. She works to ensure that every child feels safe and welcome and from there sets up the ideal environment for them to learn in. She strongly believes in the importance of encouraging each child to learn to work through and manage their emotions in order to continue to be able to succeed in school. Her patience and expertise are incredibly valuable to the families she works with.
Ms. Selina Murphy joined the Primrose School of Burlington after 5 years in the field. She is the midst of earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Childhood Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
Ms. Murphy is dedicated to supporting the emotional, social and academic development of her students. She prides herself in being an example for the teachers around her. She is incredibly dedicated not only to creating meaningful relationships with her students, but also to supporting them wherever they might be in their development. She ensures that each child receives the instruction and support that is right for them as an individual.
Ms. Sandra Correia is one of our preschool faculty members. After graduating with a degree in Management, Ms. Correia worked as an administrative assistant before realizing her passion was in education. She joined our team after working in the public schools during the pandemic. Ms. Correia has since obtained her teacher certification.
Ms. Correia arrives to school every day in a positive mood and ready to take on any challenge thrown her way. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with her students and encourages children to work through their emotions and use their language skills to problem solve with peers. Ms. Correia loves to see her students get excited about what they are learning and discovering in the classroom. She is committed to sharing all their progress and triumphs with their parents to ensure a strong school to home connection.
Mrs. Carolina Mango is the newest member of our team. Mrs. Mango has her Bachelor’s in Education from Lesley College. She has had a long career in Early Childhood Education. Most recently she worked for the Andover Public School system. Before that she owned her own preschool. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our preschool team.
Mrs. Mango is the type of teacher who always goes the extra mile for her students and co-workers. She is persistent and determine to always be her absolute best self and teacher. She strives to make every day special and exciting as she works to lead her students through their learning.
Ms. Paige McCrary joined us during the pandemic as a member of our Pre-k team. You can currently find her in Room 13. Ms. McCrary has a bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Lesley University and is currently pursuing a master’s in Education at the Boston College Lynch School of Education. She considers herself a lifelong learner and understands the value of her learning in the experiences she can create for her students.
Ms. Paige McCrary is a very passionate teacher and cares deeply for each child in her classroom. She is committed to creating a lasting impression on their lives and does so by creating and maintaining close relationships with her students and their families. Ms. McCrary truly appreciates the collaborative experience of working to help a child succeed to their greatest potential! We consider Ms. McCrary an expert in Social Emotional Development. She enjoys encouraging her students to develop healthy positive prosocial skills that will help them as they continue to grow and progress to different phases of their academic life and personal life.
Mrs. Kayla Hirbour joined our team just before our COVID-19 reopening in June of 2020 after deciding to make a career change. Mrs. Hirbour graduated from the University of New Haven with a degree in accounting and had been working in the world of finance. With two young children of her own, she realized her passion was in child development. Since joining our team Mrs. Hirbour went back to school and is currently pursuing her Lead Teacher certification.
Mrs. Hirbour has held onto her passion for math and loves to share it with her students. She uses her patience and empathy to guide children through their Pre-K year while developing a love for learning that will follow them throughout their time in school. As a mother herself, she understands how important it is to connect with parents and keep them informed of their child’s progress. She enjoys working collaboratively to create the best experience possible.
Mrs. Kate Bonin joined the Pre-Kindergarten wing in 2021 after having her first daughter and deciding she needed a career change. Mrs. Bonin earned a degree in Hospitality from Endicott College in 2013 and worked as an Event Planner for 8 years. Since joining our team, she quickly began the process of obtaining teacher certification through the state of Massachusetts.
Mrs. Bonin has enjoyed getting to know the Pre-Kindergarten students and the Primrose curriculum and structure. She has quickly become an invaluable asset to the team. Mrs. Bonin uses her skills from her time in hospitality to form strong relationships with the families in her classroom and prioritizes taking care of their concerns.
Ms. Olivia Miller is part of our Kindergarten team at the Primrose School of Burlington. Ms. Miller joined us this year after over a decade working with children. She is licensed and certified to work with all ages from infants- elementary school. With a Bachelor's from Trinity College and a Master's in Education from Salem State University, Ms. Miller brings a wealth of expertise to the classroom.
Ms. Miller works tirelessly to form a trusting relationship with each student. She is dedicated to teaching each child how to respect adults and their peers alike. She has a passion for teaching STEAM components and encourages each child to work through their problems using their words. Ms. Miller comes from a long line of teachers and has gained insight into the teaching world even at an early age. She is a life-long learner, and an avid reader. Ms. Miller has learned the best way to become a better teacher to others is to practice self-reflection and share any and all resources she has!
Ms. Deveaux joined our Kindergarten team this year after relocating to the area from Maine. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maine and has been in the field since 2013.
Ms. Deveaux has quickly become an integral piece of the Kindergarten team, using her knowledge of development to support the students every day. Ms. Deveaux is patient, kindhearted, creative, understanding, and always determined to create the best experience possible for her students. Ms. Deveaux is an expert with differentiation and understanding how differently children learn. She is incredibly committed to making sure every child leaves our kindergarten program prepared to thrive in elementary school.
Mr. Nick DiGirolamo joined the Primrose School of Burlington in August of 2021 as our Kindergarten and Preschool Pathways Support Teacher. He most recently worked in the Northborough Public School system. Mr. DiGirolamo is currently working towards a degree in Elementary Education at Framingham State University.
Mr. DiGirolamo approaches each day with a positive attitude ready to balance learning with fun and laughter. He came to Primrose due to his desire to be a part of a strong team of teachers working inside a clean, well-organized and well-structured school.
Ms. Tess O’Regan joined our team as a faculty support in 2018 after graduating from high school. Since that time she enrolled in Merrimack College and is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is certified to teach Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers and has worked in every wing in the school.
Ms. O’Regan is beloved by parents and children alike for her upbeat attitude and deep care for the children. Ms. O’Regan genuinely loves her time with the children. She is able to help any child feel welcomed and settled at school.
Ms. Sameeha Baig joined us during the spring of 2021. Ms. Baig is in her senior year at Burlington High School and is a member of their child development two-year program. Ms. Baig is continuing her learning by supporting in classrooms throughout the school.We are excited to work with Ms. Baig to Primrose as she explores the field of Early Childhood Education. It is our intention to continue a partnership with Burlington High School to employ other students who are interested in learning more about this field.
