  • Mrs. Peaches Rocheford, President

    President

    As the President, Mrs. Rocheford is a key player between the Primrose School of Burlington and the Primrose School of Woburn. Mrs. Rocheford is responsible for ensuring the operations of the schools are running efficiently and effectively for the parents, children, and faculty in order to produce a premium school experience.

    Mrs. Rocheford began her career with Primrose School of Burlington in 2014, six months after the school opened their doors. Her primary role was to design new systems, practices, and policies in a fast growing new school as well as ensuring the families, children, and faculty were satisfied with the program overall. Mrs. Rocheford then moved into the marketing and recruitment role where she produced events to market the school to the community and hired amazing early education professionals. In early 2020, Mrs. Rocheford took on the responsibilities of Principal at the Burlington location, while still holding the promise of recruitment. In August of 2021, Mrs. Rocheford handed over the reins to Mrs. Kate Latham as the new Principal at Burlington and now is the President of both locations.

    Mrs. Rocheford has a wealth of knowledge across the business organization and is committed to ensuring that the children are well-cared, the faculty are supported and well-trained, and the parents are satisfied.

    Principal

    Kate Latham began her career at Primrose in 2016 as a teacher and in 2021 took over as our school’s Principal. She joined the Primrose configuration with extensive background in public elementary education and special education. Mrs. Latham earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Endicott College and later a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Western Governor’s University. With well over a decade of experience in the field and extensive education, Mrs. Latham is an integral part of our mission to be the best preschool in New England.

    Over the past two years, Mrs. Latham led the school’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are grateful for the policies she put into place and enforced. One of her focuses now is to ensure that as we move out of the pandemic that we continue the practices have that kept our students healthy and safe.

    As a mother of a Primrose student herself, Mrs. Latham is committed to creating the best experience possible for each student. She partners closely with our families to ensure that every child is set up for success during, and beyond their time at Primrose. It is her goal that each child who graduates from our school be academically ahead of their peers but also very socially and emotionally mature. She works in partnership with the public school systems in the area to make sure that every Primrose graduate ends up in the spot where they will continue to be most successful.

  • Mrs. Lori Barrett, Assistant Principal

    Assistant Principal

    Mrs. Lori Barrett began her career at Primrose School of Burlington in 2014. She has been working with young children over 13 years ago and has experience with all children of all age groups. The Daycare industry helped guide Mrs. Barrett to where her career really began, Primrose Schools. When Mrs  Barrett began her journey at Primrose School of Burlington, she was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher while she was finishing her bachelor’s degree. Mrs. Barrett earned her B.A in Child Development with a minor in marketing. 

    Mrs. Barrett is the Director of Admissions at Primrose School of Burlington. She directly works with new families that are seeking Early Childhood Education programs. 

  • Ms. Alicia Williams, Director of School Operations

    Director of School Operations

    Alicia Williams has been with Primrose Schools since 2020 and began in our school as a kindergarten teacher where she developed strong relationships with students and partnered with parents to provide an uncommon experience. Ms. Williams is currently the Director of School Operations at the Primrose School of Burlington and serves our entire community. 

    Ms. Williams is the School Operations Director at Primrose School of Burlington.  Ms. Williams oversees compliance and ensure that we are constantly meeting all state and Primrose regulations and policies. When she is not working on classroom health and safety checks or the upkeep of our facility, she is focused on helping to develop our kindergarten teachers into experts.

    Ms. Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education with a minor in ABA from Endicott College as well as a Master’s Degree in Special Education, also from Endicott College. With extensive eduction and experience in the field, Ms. Williams is an integral part of our mission to be the best preschool in New England.

  • Ms. Shana Teles, Faculty Development Coordinator

    Faculty Development Coordinator

    Shana Teles began her journey with Primrose School of Burlington from opening day back in April 2014. Shana earned her B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology in 2011 and since dedicated her career to educating young minds. 

     During her years at Primrose, Shana has successfully worked with all ages from infancy to kindergarten to become an expert in curriculum implementation, classroom management, classroom organization, and parent partnerships. 

     

     Shana has successfully trained over 75 faculty members. Now as the Faculty Development Coordinator, Shana is producing new opportunities for faculty which include helping them move from the daycare tradition to becoming a professional early childhood educator.  Since becoming the Faculty Development Coordinator in January of 2021 she has trained over 50 faculty and helped them produce new skills and competencies.  Shana’s ultimate ambition is to oversee all future Faculty Development Coordinators of the Van Emon schools and continues to learn and strive to be the best offer of help to all faculty.

    Client and Faculty Coordinator

    As our Client and Faculty Coordinator, Taylor Bamford works to create unique experiences for our families and faculty that engage our enitre community. Ms. Bamford assists our families and faculty alike with our onboarding process, engages with faculty to ensure they are feeling appreciated, and manages all school-wide events for our families to generate fun and memorable moments that will last a lifetime. 

    Ms. Bamford has been with Primrose Schools since the fall of 2021 and began in our school as an Early Preschool teacher. In her time here she has developed astounding parternships with families and faculty. 

    Ms. Bamford earned her Bachelor of Science in Education Psychology from Suffolk University. She has extensive experience in early childhood care, making her an integral part of our community.

    Chef

    Mr. Christian Molle is our School Chef. He has been working in the food services field for the past 9 years – as an Executive Pastry Chef, Pastry Instructor, etc. He brings a creativity and care to menus and meals making them nutritious as well as fun and appealing to children. He is rigorous at tracking all allergies and food restrictions and insures children only eat what they are allowed. Mr. Molle is warm-hearted and loved by all the children as he delivers the meals to them each and every day

    Ms. Yamilex Figueroa joined our infant team following her tenure at a local daycare, where she gained over a year of invaluable experience working in the infant classroom. Possessing certification from the state of Massachusetts to teach infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children, Ms. Figueroa showcases a profound commitment to early childhood education.

    Ms. Figueroa's remarkable blend of a vibrant and uplifting personality makes her an exceptional infant teacher. She thrives on making meaningful connections with the children under her care, consistently working to provide them with engaging, hands-on experiences throughout their days. Her dedication to her profession led her to seek a long-term teaching commitment, which she discovered in our school.

    Motivated by her passion for growth and continuous improvement, Ms. Figueroa eagerly embraces the opportunity to further her professional development wih us. She is slated to join our cohort to pursue Lead Teacher certification.

    Ms. Figueroa's infectious enthusiasm, unwavering dedication, and eagerness to evolve as an educator make her an invaluable asset to our infant team. We are privileged to have her contribute to the growth and development of our young learners, as she strives to create a nurturing and enriching environment.

    Ms. Jatavia Mitchell became a valued member of our infant team in December 2022. Exhibiting an exceptional level of dedication and a warm personality, Ms. Mitchell excels as an infant teacher. She wholeheartedly embraces the opportunity to form meaningful connections with the children under her care, fostering a safe, nurturing and engaging environment. Her enthusiasm is further amplified by the alignment of her personal beliefs and our mission statement, making her thrilled to be part of a company that shares her vision.

    Ms. Farbrianna Hickford became a member of our infant team in July 2021, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the field of early education. Currently pursuing her studies at Lesley University, Ms. Hickford has demonstrated her commitment to professional growth by earning a certification in infants and toddlers through the Department of Early Education and Care. Prior to joining us, she served as a teacher at Mass General's on-site school.

    A true team player, Ms. Hickford places a strong emphasis on effective communication and collaboration with her colleagues. Her commitment is to provide the best possible experience for both her students and co-workers. Guided by her compassionate nature, she effortlessly forms deep and meaningful bonds with the children in her classroom, fostering an environment where they can truly thrive under her attentive care.

    Ms. Taylor Ardolino became a member of our team in April 2023, initially joining as a Faculty Support in our Infant classroom. Recognizing her exceptional skills and passion for working with infants, Ms. Ardolino quickly transitioned to the role of an infant faculty member in May 2023. With experience working with children of various ages, her genuine affection for infants and toddlers is evident.

    Ms. Ardolino's decision to join Primrose stems from her desire to find fulfillment in her work and make a meaningful impact. She cherishes the opportunity to actively participate in a child's life and development, fully understanding the inherent rewards such responsibility offers.

    Displaying a calm and patient demeanor, Ms. Ardolino brings a sense of tranquility to the bustling environment of the infant classroom. Her attentiveness and active listening skills are complemented by her deep commitment to building strong and trusting relationships with the parents of her students. We are delighted to have Ms. Ardolino in our esteemed Primrose family.

  • Ms. Amanda Banzy, Toddler Faculty Member

    Ms. Amanda Banzy serves as one of the teachers in Room 3, within our Toddler Wing. Ms. Banzy recently completed a Master's degree in Information and Library Science. With several years of experience in the field of Early Childhood, Ms. Banzy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

    In the busy environment of the toddler classroom, Ms. Banzy's calm and patient demeanor shines is invaluable. She possesses exceptional listening skills and recognizes the significance of building strong relationships with the parents of her students. By fostering open lines of communication, she creates a collaborative partnership that supports the development of each child.

    Ms. Banzy's passion for reading and language is contagious, and she joyfully shares her love for literature with her students. By nurturing a language-rich environment, she cultivates a deep appreciation for learning in her toddlers. Under Ms. Banzy's guidance, their love for learning flourishes, setting a strong foundation for their educational journey.

  • Mrs. Pia Haapanen-Banzy, Toddler Faculty Member

    Mrs. Pia Haapanen-Banzy became a member of our team in November 2022, initially joining as a Faculty Support Teacher. Drawn to Primrose by the recommendations from her own daughter, who also works here, Mrs. Haapanen-Banzy was eager to be part of an environment that operates with exceptional standards.

    With an extensive educational background, Mrs. Haapanen-Banzy holds a bachelor's degree in Translation Studies from Turku University in Finland, as well as a paralegal certificate from Boston University. Having dedicated 25 years to the field of education, Mrs. Haapanen-Banzy's wealth of experience positions her for continued success and growth in her career.

    Mrs. Haapanen-Banzy's nurturing nature permeates her interactions with students on a daily basis. Her genuine enthusiasm stems from her desire to build meaningful connections with her classroom community. She takes seriously the opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of her students, acting as an important step on their ourney to become successful individuals who positively impact the world around them.

    Mrs. Haapanen-Banzy's unwavering commitment to her role, combined with her nurturing demeanor, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. We are thrilled to have her on board, as she embraces our shared vision of fostering a nurturing and enriching educational experience for all our students.

  • Ms. Roshmija Biswas, Toddler Faculty Member

    Ms. Roshmija Biswas joined the PSOB team in March 2022 as a Support Teacher and quickly moved into a teaching role in the Toddler wing.  Ms. Biswas joined us after hearing wonderful things about our community from her mother who is also a faculty member with us! Ms. Biswas was looking for a place where she could share her ideas and be creative and we could not be happier to welcome her! We are delighted to have Ms. Biswas contribute her unique ideas and creativity to our team.

    Equipped with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from The University of Calcutta, Ms. Biswas brings a diverse range of experiences to her role. Since August 2022, she has been a dedicated lead teacher, specializing in working with toddlers. Prior to her start with us, Ms. Biswas spent two years at a counseling service, further enhancing her understanding of child development.

    Ms. Biswas thrives on building strong relationships with her students and their families, cherishing the opportunity to create meaningful bonds with each of them. Her commitment lies in fostering a fun and welcoming classroom environment, where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and express their creativity.

    Ms. Biswas's passion for nurturing her students and her dedication to creating a positive learning atmosphere make her an invaluable member of our team. We are privileged to have her share her expertise and contribute to the growth and development of our students, as we collectively strive to provide a nurturing and enriching educational experience.

  • Ms. Lindsay Smith, Toddler Support Faculty Member

    Toddler Support Faculty Member

    Ms. Lindsay Smith began at the Primrose School of Burlington in April of 2023.  Ms. Smith has passion for teaching young children ages 0 – 5 years old. Her expertise began years ago after taking child development courses in high school to better understand the development of young children. She continued her education and graduated from Merrimack in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

     

    Primrose School of Burlington was the perfect fit for Ms. Smith as our teaching philosophy and well-balanced learning approach aligns with her own teaching philosophy. She also was impressed with how we honor diversity within the classrooms and within our community.  Mrs. Smith wanted to join a community that allows all types of learners to shine and develop their strengths.

    Early Preschool Faculty Member

    Ms. Lexi Peterson joined our team in May of 2022 as our Toddler Faculty Support. She transition to the role of a Room 5 teacher on July 1st. Ms. Peterson has 8 years of experience working with young children and is a mother herself. She is certified by the state to teach infants, toddlers, and preschool. 

    Ms. Peterson is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and understands how important the first few years are for development. Her focus and determination have led to her very quickly learning the Primrose way. She is loved by her co-workers and the children and eager to grow as a teacher.

    Early Preschool Faculty Member

    Ms. Owirka joined our team last year as a support teacher. We quickly realized she is a natural teacher and we moved her into a classroom teacher role. Since starting with us she went back to school and has satisfied all the state requirements to earn her teacher certification.

    Ms. Owirka cares deeply about her students and prioritizes forming individual relationships with each of them so that she can help them reach their highest potential. She recognizes that each child arrives in her classroom with a unique set of needs, and she adjusts her interactions to reflect that. she also recognizes the importance of parent partnership in ensuring the best experience possible for her students.

    Ms. Christie Chrisosthomme joined the Early Pre-School Wing as a Room 6 teacher in January of 2023.  Ms. Chrisosthomme earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from UMass Boston and previously worked as a behavioral therapist for children ages 2-10 years old.  Ms. Chrisosthomme came to Primrose looking for a career change and chose us due to the sense of community that she quickly found.

     

    Ms. Chrisosthomme is passionate about understanding how children develop as individuals in order to provide the best experience for each unique learner. She is committed to differentiating her instruction to ensure that each child is receiving the support they need to be challenged along their path to becoming the best person they can be. Ms. Chrisosthomme empowers her students and is an integral part in building their love for learning.

    Early Preschool Support Faculty Member

    Ms. Subhra Biswas joined the PSOB team in August 2022 as a School Wide Faculty Support Teacher. She found PSOB through recommendations from friends and chose Primrose because of our reputation. Before coming to the United States, Ms. Biswas spent her career teaching in India. She earned her degree from the University of Burdwan. 

     

    Ms. Biswas’ love and dedication makes her the perfect fit at our school.  She is always eager to learn and help however and whenever she can in any of our classrooms. She is eager to grow her skills inside of Early Childhood and continue to love and support all of the students in our school.

    Mx. Aden Kelley joined the PSOB team in February 2022 as a Faculty Support Teacher. Mx. Aden Kelley has experience working with both elementary and middle school students.  Mx. Aden Kelley joined Primrose because they had heard about our wonderful work culture and wanted to partner with us to set children up for success later on in life!

    Mx. Kelley encourages their students to find ways to express themselves and to use items and methods they are passionate about.  They believe it is important to show children that there is more than one way to do things and to problem solve! Mx. Aden Kelley’s creative and welcoming demeanor makes them a perfect fit within our community. 

  • Ms. Sabine McGrath, Early Preschool Faculty Member

    Early Preschool Faculty Member

    Ms. Sabine Boucher joined Primrose in early 2021. She has worked with young children since 2012 and before joining our team was a preschool teacher for three years. Ms. Boucher is certified to teach infants, toddlers and preschool aged children by the state.

    Ms. Boucher very quickly became an integral part of our Early Preschool team thanks to her extensive knowledge of child development and wonderful demeanor with her children and families. She is organized, thoughtful and committed to always delivering the best experience possible to her students.

    Ms. Lisa Masse began at Primrose in May of 2021. Ms. Masse has worked with young children for 6 years in both private and group settings. She has an Associate's Degree in Education and is certified by the state to teach infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

    We can depend on Ms. Masse to always be in a positive mood. Her upbeat and bubbly attitude helps her to form fantastic relationships with each of her students. For Ms. Masse, it is a top priority to ensure that each child feels safe and accepted in her classroom. She enjoys being engaged with her students and making sure they are getting the most out of their learning.

    Early Preschool Faculty Member

    Ms. Kayla Hauser joined the Early Preschool Wing as a teacher in 2020. With a rich professional background spanning back to 2015, Ms. Hauser brings a wealth of experience in the field of early childhood education. As a mother herself, her profound understanding of the intricacies of early childhood development further bolsters her expertise. She will be joining our Pre-Kindergarten team for the 2023-2024 school year. 

    While art serves as a prominent means of expression in her classroom, Ms. Hauser also places great emphasis on nurturing her students' ability to confidently articulate their emotions and thoughts through words. Her unwavering commitment extends beyond the classroom, as she actively collaborates with parents, diligently supporting them in their efforts to raise compassionate, well-rounded individuals. Ms. Hauser's dedication to her craft is testament to her commitment to fostering a nurturing and expressive educational environment. Her exceptional contributions serve as a source of inspiration to both her students and colleagues alike, and we are privileged to have her as an integral part of our team.

    Ms. Jessica Rodriguez joined the PSOB team in October 2022 as a Faculty Support Teacher in the Early Preschool wing. She found PSOB as she searched for a school that had a professional environment that aligned with her interests. 

     

    Ms. Rodriguez’s bubbly and warm personality helps her easily connect with the children. She is always eager to learn and help however and whenever she can. She is eager to grow her skills and prepare to hold her own classroom in the future.

    Early Preschool Support Faculty Member

    Mrs. Amanda Homan began at the Primrose School of Burlington in 2020. Mrs. Homan has supported nearly every wing in the school during her time here. She is certified to teach all ages of children and has a specialized certificate in Early Childhood Education.

    Mrs. Homan cares deeply about the children at PSOB. She is always upbeat and positive and enjoys encouraging the children in their learning and exploration. She uses her great organization skill to make sure every child is taken care of to our exacting standards each day.

  • Mx. Ronnie Williams, Preschool Pathways Faculty Member

    Preschool Pathways Faculty Member

    Mx. Ronnie Williams became an invaluable addition to our team as a Faculty Support member following their relocation from North Carolina to Boston. Although it was their first venture into working with children in this capacity, Mx. Williams  demonstrated a remarkable natural aptitude for engaging with young learners, combined with an unwavering commitment to expanding their own skill set. Recognizing their exceptional potential, we swiftly transitioned Mx. Williams into the role of a classroom teacher in Room 6.

    In July 2022, Mx. Williams seamlessly transitioned to Room 9, assuming a pivotal role in nurturing our students as they progress through our program. Their dedication to fostering a supportive learning environment is evident, and their genuine passion for the profession is truly inspiring. This summer, Mx. Williams will make the transition into Room 10.

    Choosing the Primrose School of Burlington as their professional home, Mx. Williams was drawn to the exceptional environment and the palpable sense of mutual care and respect among the faculty. Possessing a kind and compassionate nature, Mx. Williams consistently demonstrates a profound eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills. We are delighted to have Mx. Williams as a valued member of our team, contributing to the growth and success of our institution.

  • Ms. Jennifer Nice, Preschool Pathways Faculty Member

    Preschool Pathways Faculty Member

    Ms. Jennifer Nice is a member of our Preschool Pathways teaching team. Ms. Nice graduated cum laude from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor of Arts. Ms.Nice has worked in education for five years and is certified to teach infants, toddlers and preschool.

    Ms. Nice is extremely passionate about teaching young children. She goes above and beyond to ensure the learning is engaging and memorable. It is typical to see larger than life displays and enhancements in her classroom that invite her students to explore and create deep connections in their learning. She has an immense sense of pride in her students and genuinely cares for each and every one of them.

    Ms. Julie Williams joined our Preschool Team in August of 2022. Julie is certified by the Department of Early Education and Care and has been in the field working in Preschool since 2019. She was drawn to Primrose because of our structure, organization, and cleanliness across our operation. She is eager to continue her own education 

     

    Julie is creative and driven. Her patient and calm demeanor fit perfectly into our preschool team. She is looking forward to getting to know the preschool students and their families

    Ms. Emily Wild became a valued member of our esteemed Preschool Team in September 2022. With a wealth of teaching experience since 2016, Ms. Wild brings a seasoned approach to our educational environment. Her professional journey includes completing the prestigious Early Childhood Education Training Program and obtaining certification from the Department of Early Education and Care, enabling her to effectively teach across all age groups.

    Motivated by her own role as a mother, Ms. Wild actively sought a school that places importance on meeting the diverse needs of children while offering an unparalleled educational experience. In her quest, she discovered our school, drawn to our commitment to fostering an exceptional learning environment. Ms. Wild exhibits unwavering enthusiasm to connect with her students and their families.

  • Ms. Sandra Melo, Preschool Faculty Member

    Preschool Faculty Member

    Mrs. Sandra Melo is one of our preschool faculty members. After graduating with a degree in Management, Mrs. Melo worked as an administrative assistant before realizing her passion was in education. She joined our team after working in the public schools during the pandemic. Mrs. Melo has since obtained her teacher certification.

    Mrs. Melo arrives to school every day in a positive mood and ready to take on any challenge thrown her way. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with her students and encourages children to work through their emotions and use their language skills to problem solve with peers. Mrs. Melo loves to see her students get excited about what they are learning and discovering in the classroom. She is committed to sharing all their progress and triumphs with their parents to ensure a strong school to home connection.

    Ms. Kelli Doherty joined our team during the summer of 2021. She has a degree in Education from Salem State University and has worked for 5 years in the field of education. Before joining us she worked as a paraprofessional in Salem Public Schools. After a year in our Preschool Pathways classroom, she moved into our Preschool wing as a teacher in Room 11. 

    Ms. Doherty has known since a young age that she wanted to be a teacher. After working as a nanny she realized how passionate she was about working with young children. She is a fantastic listener and it is a priority for her that her students to feel heard and understood.

    Ms. Sam Bates became a member of our Preschool Team in 2022, assuming the role of a Faculty Support Teacher. Driven by a deep-rooted desire to become a  teacher, Ms. Bates's aspirations found a perfect fit in our school, as she recognized Primrose as an exceptional platform to commence her journey of working with children while advancing her own educational pursuits. She will move into the role of Pre-Kindergarten teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. 

    Since joining our team, Ms. Bates has found a home in the school's vibrant culture and commitment to excellence. Embodying qualities of patience, kindness, and approachability, Ms. Bates seamlessly integrates into our team, enriching the educational environment. Her genuine enthusiasm to learn from her colleagues reflects her eagerness to continually grow and be the best teacher she can be for her students.

    Ms. Paige McCrary joined us during the pandemic as a member of our Pre-k team. You can currently find her in Room 13. Ms. McCrary has a bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Lesley University and is currently pursuing a master’s in Social Emotional Learning at Endicott College. She considers herself a lifelong learner and understands the value of her learning in the experiences she can create for her students.

    Ms. Paige McCrary is a very passionate teacher and cares deeply for each child in her classroom. She is committed to creating a lasting impression on their lives and does so by creating and maintaining close relationships with her students and their families. Ms. McCrary truly appreciates the collaborative experience of working to help a child succeed to their greatest potential! We consider Ms. McCrary an expert in Social Emotional Development. She enjoys encouraging her students to develop healthy positive prosocial skills that will help them as they continue to grow and progress to different phases of their academic life and personal life.

    Ms. Raeghan Davison is a member of our Room 13 teaching team. Ms. Davison has three years of experience in Early Childhood and a soon to be complete Early Childhood degree. She joined the Primrose team after realizing she was interested in working in a more structured and consistent school environment.

    Ms. Davison has quickly become a rising star in the school with her great attitude and clear love for the children. She is patient, understanding and empathetic both with her students and her peers. She is driven by a deep understanding of the importance of teachers in the lives of young children. We are thrilled to have her as a part of our team.

    Ms. Kayla Massicott joined us in January of 2022. Ms. Massicott has a B.S. in Biology from Lesley University and had previously been working as a Sales Manager for a Biotech firm. She loved her company but knew she wanted something more for her career which led her to us. It was a huge change for her, but we are so happy she is here.  She quickly satisified the requirements to earn her teaching certification.

    Ms. Massicott began as the Pre-Kindergarten faculty support where she learned an immense amount from the teachers she worked with. Her optimistic attitude and constant willingness to learn made her the perfect addition to the team. Recently, she moved into the role of a Pre-Kindergarten teacher. Her growing expertise in curriculum and classroom management has impressed us all.

    Ms. Emily Matte joined our school n in February 2023, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Graduating with a bachelor's degree from Framingham State University, Ms. Matte has established herself as an exceptional educator, having dedicated five years to teaching Kindergarten and having been immersed in the field of education since 2012.

    Ms. Matte's decision to choose Primrose stems from our reputation as a warm and welcoming community. Recognizing our commitment to fostering a nurturing environment in our classrooms, she knew it would be the right fit for her.

    Ms. Matte's profound passion for creativity and artistry enriches our Pre-Kindergarten team, adding a valuable dimension to our educational programs. Driven by a strong desire to learn from her peers, she eagerly collaborates with her co-teacher, aiming to create exceptional and engaging learning experiences for all her students. With her exceptional talents, dedication, and eagerness to partner with her colleagues, Ms. Matte serves as a cornerstone of our Pre-Kindergarten team. Her contributions are instrumental in fostering a dynamic and inspiring learning environment, and we are privileged to have her as a member of our team.

    Ms. Daisy Lilly joined the PSOB team as our Pre-Kindergarten Faculty Support. She worked previously in a childcare center in Boston. She was eager to find a great community where she could connect with colleagues to increase her own skills. 

     

    Ms. Lilly is patient and caring and jumps right in with the students. She is an excellent listener and prioritizes forming individual bonds with each student.

    Ms. Olivia Miller is part of our Kindergarten team at the Primrose School of Burlington. Ms. Miller joined us in 2020 just before the pandemic after over a decade working with children. She is licensed and certified to work with all ages from infants- elementary school. With a Bachelor's from Trinity College and a Master's in Education from Salem State University, Ms. Miller brings a wealth of expertise to the classroom.

    Ms. Miller works tirelessly to form a trusting relationship with each student. She is dedicated to teaching each child how to respect adults and their peers alike. She has a passion for teaching STEAM components and encourages each child to work through their problems using their words. Ms. Miller comes from a long line of teachers and has gained insight into the teaching world even at an early age. She is a life-long learner, and an avid reader. Ms. Miller has learned the best way to become a better teacher to others is to practice self-reflection and share any and all resources she has!

    Ms. Jillian Moulaison joined our toddler team in February 2022. She joined our faculty after working as a teacher in a collaborative elementary school. Ms. Moulaison has a bachelor's degree in Education from Salem State University and a master's degree in Special Education from Merrimack College. She has been in the field for many years, and actually started as a toddler teacher at another school.

    Ms. Moulaison is incredibly upbeat and bubbly. She looks at herself as a lifelong learner and places a huge importance on education. Her caring and dedicated personality makes her a great fit for our team.

    Ms. Kusum Garg joined the PSOB team in August 2020 as a Faculty Support Teacher. Ms.Garg has a CDA and a Bachelor’s Degree. She has worked in nearly every wing in the school! 

     

    As a mother herself, Ms. Garg’s nurturing demeanor shines through daily. She loves getting to know her students and their families and creating bonds with all of them. She strives to create a calm and welcoming environment in the classroom in which children are empowered to problem solve and be themselves.

    Ms. Tess O’Regan joined our team as a faculty support in 2018 after graduating from high school. Since that time she enrolled in Merrimack College and is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is certified to teach Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers and has worked in every wing in the school.

    Ms. O’Regan is beloved by parents and children alike for her upbeat attitude and deep care for the children. Ms. O’Regan genuinely loves her time with the children. She is able to help any child feel welcomed and settled at school.

    Mrs. Victoria McAnally joined the Toddler Wing as a Room 4 teacher early in 2021 after moving to the area from Virginia. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Granite State College. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood since 2015. As of June 2022, Ms. McAnally moved into our Room 6 Early Preschool classroom!

    Mrs. McAnally is incredibly flexible and always willing to help however she can. It is incredibly important to her that every child and parent feels comfortable and welcome in her classroom. Her commitment to creating a positive environment is unwavering.

Currently pursuing her studies at UMass Lowell, Ms. Alam's dedication to her education is mirrored in her commitment to providing exceptional support to our students.

    With her attentive listening skills and compassionate demeanor, Ms. Alam excels in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our students. Her ability to understand emotions and body language allows her to connect deeply with the children under her care, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritized. Additionally, her bilingual skills further enrich the classroom environment, fostering inclusivity and encouraging cultural exchange.
