Ms. Grno has been with our school for almost a year. She is the lead prekindergarten teacher and loves teaching young children. She was born in Georgia and is the oldest of three children. A few years ago she adopted Onyx from the local animal control center. Onyx is an all black Spitz/Lab mix, and the sweetest thing. Ms. Grno is one of those pet parents that loves to spoil her dog, she is her baby. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, playing with Onyx, crocheting, and relaxing. She loves the outdoors and enjoys an occasional hike up Kennesaw Mountain with Onyx. Ms. Grno is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. She received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She takes pride in working with young children. It warms her heart to watch them grow and learn. As a teacher she believes it is our job to help young children succeed and she feels blessed to be a part of their early learning and development. Congratulations, Ms. Grno!
Congratulations to our family of the month for February 2016. Evan and Sarah Bogan have two wonderful sons, Daniel and Cameron. Evan is a pilot for a major airline and Sarah is a third grade teacher at a local school. Evan is from Boston and Sarah is a native New Yorker. They were introduced by a mutual friend in 1998 and the rest is history! The Bogan Family moved to Georgia in 2000 and have called it home ever since. When Evan and Sarah first toured the Primrose School at Bentwater they felt welcomed the minute they arrived! They loved the friendly, professional atmosphere of our school. Daniel started four years ago and will be graduating from our Prekindergarten class in May. Cameron is following in his big brother's footsteps and attends our older infant classroom where he is thriving. Evan and Sarah both agree that their children are well prepared to be successful in life because of the education and care they receive with our Balanced Learning curriculum, character development and the array of activities that we offer. The Bogan Family have an Abyssinian cat named Leo, whom they adore! We love having the Bogan Family at our school. Evan has volunteered in our classrooms during community helper’s week to teach the children about being a pilot and the entire Bogan Family can always be counted on to support and participate in our Can-A-Thon and Og's Bountiful books charity eventts. Congratulations again Bogan Family!
