    Rikin Parikh

    Onsite Franchise Owner

Rikin Parikh, our on-site franchise owner, has lived in Bel Air and worked in Harford County for the past 15 years. A UMBC graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he lives in Bel Air with his wife and their rescue pup. He became interested in childcare when he and his wife decided that it is time to grow their family. Research into early childcare options within the Bel Air community showed that the options were limited. Like every parent, he wanted to do right by his child and expanded his search to national brands. He soon realized that Primrose's well balanced early childcare and learning approach was unmatched. Since then he has worked tirelessly to bring Primrose to Bel Air. Rikin is looking forward to creating a family environment at Primrose of Bel Air for all your little ones :)

Welcome to Primrose School of Bel Air

Like many Americans, we, the proud owners of Primrose, share the dream of becoming successful by working hard and giving back to the community. As our family grew, we started searching for childcare options within our community that provided a good balance of strong curriculum and a nurturing culture. We quickly realized the options were limited and decided to do something about it. Primrose had everything that we were looking for; great culture, perfect curriculum, strong history, and a well-balanced approach. Primrose's approach to early childcare and education contributes to an enriched learning environment. Each one of us is a parent, and our need to do right by our children is a driving force behind our decisions everyday.

We're excited to bring the first Primrose School to our Bel Air community, and are privileged by the opportunity to make a positive difference in your family's lives. We are committed to creating a family atmosphere at our school by providing a Balanced Learning approach of purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it is a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families. Primrose's unique nurturing approach will allow your child to develop into a joyful and confident learner who is prepared for success both in school, and in life.

Primrose School of Bel Air is an independently owned business operated by a dedicated group of individuals who are committed to providing the highest quality of balanced learning for the children in our community.
