Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Schedule A TourThese are all authentic, unedited testimonials from moms and dads of children who are, or have been enrolled at our Primrose School of Ashburn or our Primrose School of Ashburn at Broadlands.
We work very hard every day to provide the best and most trusted early education and care in Northern Virginia, and these words fill us with joy and pride.
If you would like to personally speak with any of our families for a private conversation about our school let us know, we will be happy to facilitate it.
"The staff is amazing and it is evident every day... I always see the teachers on the floor playing games with the kids or making animal sounds, and reading stories. We particularly love that they keep the total number of kids in each room smaller, so we know that our son gets lots of one-on-one attention.
We also love the balanced learning approach and are thrilled every day that Collin learns something new. Primrose is so warm and inviting... it feels like a second home."
Christine Carter, mom of Collin
“We put our child in Primrose not because we had to (we actually have an au pair at home as well) but because we thought the interaction would help with our son lagging speech development. He really has taken off. In the three months he's been at Primrose he is so happy and much more outgoing now. He literally waits at the door each morning - because he can' get out the door fast enough. When he gets to school he immediately runs up and hugs his teacher Ms. Johnson. A big change from crying every time he lost sight of his mommy. Adela and the Director are a class act - very knowledgeable and friendly. The other teachers are very caring as well. We feel like we hit the jackpot finding this school!”

"When Sarah woke up on Sunday she asked me if it was a School Day. When I told her no, she responded by saying 'But Mommy, I want to go to school today!' Thanks for making Primrose a place where children WANT to be…even on the weekend!"
Megan Russell, mom of Sarah & Maggie
“After four amazing years at Primrose, our son will move on to elementary school mid-next week. Thank you again for all your support and dedication over the years. It will be difficult not seeing your smiling faces. We will always consider ourselves part of the Primrose Family".
Elisa Brewer Pratt
"We came to Primrose when my son Logan was 10 months old. We were looking for a school that allowed him to explore, learn, and enjoy new experiences and people every day. When we walked into Primrose that first day, we immediately felt that not only was this an amazing school but it felt like a family! Thanks to his infant room teachers he has grown from a scared, timid little boy to a strong, confident young toddler. Primrose School of Ashburn worked hard with Logan to make sure he felt comfortable and safe and I cannot thank them enough! Ms. Taboada (owner) and the Director are always there in the morning to welcome us into the school and are always there in the evening to wish us well. I have not encountered that much dedication and love in a school and that is why we will be at Primrose for many years to come! Words cannot express how much Primrose means to us! Thank you so very much!"
Ashley Gerami, mom of Logan
“My son has learnt a lot in the last one year or so, grown as an individual and enjoyed his time there. For that we are truly grateful."

“My daughter will definitely be back for holidays and spring break. It makes me happy to see how sad she is to leave Primrose - that is how I know she has loved all her teachers from 12 weeks to today! We have been very fortunate and Primrose has definitely helped bring our daughter out of her shell and give her a solid core of skills and life lessons. That is the only reason I can even fathom her graduating - although she has always had such great care, great meals, great support and it will be an adjustment.”

“After relocating to Virginia, Primrose of Ashburn was the first daycare we looked at when it came time to putting her back into school. After meeting Ms. Adela and the Director, as well as touring the school and hearing about the different programs, we fell in love. We looked at other schools but none compared. Our daughter was out of school for about six weeks before restarting and it was as if she had been at Primrose all along. Drop offs were good, she cried the first two days but each day got better and the compassion shown by every teacher as well as the leadership team helped to make her feel comfortable and safe. She continues to grow and thrive and while we have had the occasional hiccup, everyone is so approachable and they make the time to talk with you, hear your concerns, and work with you to get them addressed. To me Primrose of Ashburn has gone above and beyond when it comes to providing care for my daughter. Hey helped us immensely with her potty training, they even provided some wonderful recommendations to healthcare providers in the area. Aubry comes home singing the songs she learns in school, telling us about her day, and is even starting to pick up Spanish at the early age of 3. We feel very fortunate to be part of the Primrose of Ashburn family.”
Jennifer Travis, mom of Aubry
"Kudos to the Primrose family during the storm today! I was amazed to walk into the school and see everyone in action and the children so calm and happy when everything was breaking loose outside and phones were ringing off the hook! I am a very proud Primrose Parent!"
Jim Walline, dad of Jimmy
“As every Mom and Dad knows leaving our kids in a school or daycare is a very emotional, sensitive, and difficult part of the parenthood; this is because we as parents always worry about how our children are doing in our absence and about how they are progressing in their learning process. An ideal school or daycare is where children enjoy being there and learn while parents trust the environment the children in and assured of their learning. As you can see, Jyothi's and my vision for Shree (4 yrs.) and Jai's (20 months) school was very determined and we were very keen in finding one. Luckily, we were able to find Primrose of Ashburn where our children were not only able to integrate into the school system in just few days; they have shown significant process.
We believe, the Primrose staff, directors, owner and the overall school methodology is excellent for any age children. Additionally, staff's - teachers and supporting staff- dedicated approach to taking care of children is outstanding. Team, we sincerely thank you for your outstanding job; Shree and Jai are truly enjoying and learning at Primrose School of Ashburn.”
Praveen Kosgi, dad of Shree and Jai
