Contact UsI’m Erin Hylton, the School Director at the Primrose School of Arlington. A native from Monmouth County, New Jersey, I’ve lived in the Northern Virginia area for the last eight years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Westminster Choir College, NJ and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. The last eight years I have been teaching General Music and Chorus to students Pre-K through 6th Grade in Fairfax County Public Schools. I've been at the Primrose School of Arlington since February 2021, and love the brand, mission, and all that it stands for. In my spare time I love reading, hiking, crossword puzzles and watching baseball (go Yanks!) Our school promotes curiosity, confidence, creativity and compassion; traits that I think are key to academic, social and emotional success. I very much value character education and I believe in helping to develop little humans that don’t just have strong minds, but strong hearts and souls as well.

My name is Teon Jakley, and I am the Assistant Director at the Primrose of Arlington. I am originally from New York City and moved to the Northern Virginia area a few years ago. I have my CDA and currently pursuing my undergraduate and post graduate degree in Education and Educational leadership. I have worked in the early childcare industry in various capacities for over fifteen years. I am excited to be a part of the Primrose family and I strongly believe that early childhood education lays the groundwork for children’s lifelong learning. Primrose mission: To forge a path that leads to a brighter future for all children, is a mission I strongly agree with. I have a firm belief that every child should have the opportunity to receive quality education. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing my guitar and spending time with my family.

Ms. Belmessikh has been working with children for about 15 years. Her favorite pastime is traveling, all things Disney, movies, museums and spending time with her family. She enjoys collecting Disney collectables and enjoys teaching children and watching them blossom.
