Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Contact UsMeet Urvi and Beau Athia – the proud Owners of Primrose School of Andover! The Athias, originally from the greater Washington, D.C. area, are delighted to be a part of the Andover community.
The Athias bring to Primrose Schools a unique blend of early education experience and entrepreneurial expertise. Urvi holds a Bachelor of Education degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto and draws upon 15 years of hands on experience in the early child care field. Beau holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from New York University, and over the last 20 years has become a seasoned hotel developer.
As parents, Beau and Urvi know firsthand how essential the first five years are to a child’s development and future. Who a child becomes is just as, if not more, important than what they know. Primrose School of Andover features the Balanced Learning® curriculum in Infant through Kindergarten classrooms. Developed and taught exclusively at Primrose Schools, the research-informed curriculum blends purposeful play with nurturing guidance to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion.
Urvi and Beau are excited to have more time to spend with their daughter and son. Their daughter has graduated from Primrose School of Andover and their son is currently enrolled. Additionally, Beau and Urvi are committed to giving back to the community. Each year they support various local organizations, while also supporting the Primrose Promise corporate social responsibility program.

At Primrose, your child will get more than an infant daycare experience. Our teachers help your child develop and grow, building one skill upon another, which is why we are the leader in infant child care.
Primrose School of Andover offers over 19,000 square feet of outdoor playground space for our students, because active children become active adults. Click to view our aerial tour!
Fostering a sense of belongingness has been a part of every day at Primrose for the past 40 years, and we’re excited to invite all families, from Primrose and beyond, to join in as we celebrate the annual National Day of Belongingness on September 29.
Try these easy at-home activities to promote character and social growth that will help children celebrate their similarities and differences, and help create connections with others.
Anne Hall, Assistant Professor of Early Education at Clemson University explains the importance of early literacy. Read more for her tips on how to build a strong foundation in literacy.
To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
