Our Staff

  • Katie Weires

    Regional Manager

    Welcome to Primrose Schools!

My name is Katie Weires, Regional Manager of the MN area for Early Foundations.

I joined Early Foundations, a Primrose Operator, with many years of experience in the early childhood education field. I began my journey in childcare as a toddler teacher in 2006. I quickly realized that this was much more then a job to me; I had found my passion. I continued to grow in my career as I transitioned into administrative/management roles. In addition to my experience, I have my bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and extensive early childhood training.

I enjoy spending time with my hudband/daughter outdoors, crafting with my sisters, and relaxing with a warm blanket and a good movie. As a parent and an educator, I have had the opportunity to grow with my daughter through her childcare years. It is of the utmost importance to me to ensure quality care, individualized relationships, and a home-like environment for our children to learn and grow at. I look forward to being a resource for you, the Primrose teams, and the communities in which we serve.

  • Haley Stiebler

    Center Director

Welcome to Primrose School of Andover at Crosstown!

I am Haley, the Center Director. I joined the Early Foundations/Primrose team in October of 2022. In my past, I was a Director at a child care center and prior to that worked as a teacher! When I learned more about the Primrose way, I was thrilled join the Andover family and continue to build upon our mission.

Working with children has always brought me so much joy! Watching the children learn and grow through the implementation of our Balanced Learning curriculum never ceases to amaze me. The relationships with parents is another one of the many highlights of my position; getting to know each of you is at the core of what I do here at Primrose.

I look forward to meeting you and your family!

  • Taylor Decker

    Assistant Director

Welcome to Primrose School of Andover at Crosstown!

My name is Taylor and I am the Assistant Director. I joined the Early Foundations/Primrose team in December of 2022. Previously, I was an Assistant Director as well as a teacher. I have worked in childcare for many years and when I learned more about Primrose, the Principles of Service, and Balanced Learning Curriculum (as both an educator and parent of a toddler), I knew this would become my home away from home.

Building relationships with children, parents, and teachers is one of my favorite parts of my position. Each child and family is unique and brings a special quality to our school! Our teachers are the heart of what we do here at Primrose, and I enjoy being a resource for them each and every day.

Please feel welcome to reach out to me with any questions!
