Our teachers and caregivers are trained, ready and excited to help spark lightbulb moments for your child. We invite you to visit and see our Balanced Learning approach in action
Primrose School of Kingwood is locally owned and managed by Andrea & John Schoel. They also own and operate the Primrose School at Fall Creek and Primrose Kingwood-Oakhurst. They are so excited to be part of this beautiful community. They are proud parents of two children: Kenneth, who is in college and Megan, who is in high school.
Andrea writes: "John and I first learned about Primrose Schools when we were searching for child care for our son back in 2002. As working parents, we struggled with the various alternatives for daycare. We found Primrose and the search was over! We enrolled our son in the Primrose School of First Colony when he was still an infant, and it has been a decision that has forever changed our lives for the better. Primrose added balance to our family by providing a nurturing and fun environment where our son and daughter developed socially, while also enriched their minds with an excellent accredited curriculum that has served as a foundation for their future educational endeavors. We became interested in owning our own Primrose School when we realized what a valuable service we could offer a community, and at the same time we would be able to spend more time with our family. We are excited as owners to be able to provide you with the same opportunity to experience the Primrose difference as we did. We are on-site managers and will work diligently to interact and support our students, parents, and staff. My background is actually in Nursing. I am a Registered Nurse, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Texas in Galveston. I worked for 15 years in a hospital environment, and this change to managing a preschool is a dream come true for me. Days at Primrose are full of love, laughter, and learning. John graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. and is an integral part of the management and daily operations of our schools. Thank you for allowing our family to be a part of this great community. Contact me anytime at email@example.com"

To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Inside our school!
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
