Why Primrose: A Teacher's Perspective

I worked at Primrose 4S Ranch as a Pre-K teacher for a year. Sadly, I had to move on from the position due to moving out of state. Management is friendly and available, allowing me to feel comfortable in my position and to talk to them about issues and concerns. Though this has been a new business set up, I feel that the owner and the director listened to our feedback and made appropriate changes to accommodate our needs as employees. I enjoyed working at Primrose.

Hi my name is Lisa and I have been at Primrose since it opened in 2021. I really like being a part the Primrose family, because I work with a bunch of really loving and kind individuals, they all have beautiful and joyful hearts and they all love being with the children. I’m so blessed to be able to participate in a growing school, that is dedicated to its students, staff, and families. The curriculum interconnects and allows children to grow and build confidence.

As an infant/toddler assistant teacher my experience began in winter 2020 with Wee Care Preschools and continued on during the transition into becoming Primrose Preschool. I had minimal experience working in a school setting but working here has been a positive experience I will never forget. My goal as an assistant teacher was to help anywhere and everywhere. What I love about Primrose Preschool is that it encourages diversity, inclusion, and positivity. The teachers are all very passionate!
