Snacktivity: Banana Split Bites

Your child will love this healthy, snack-sized take on a classic dessert!     

Supplies:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Strawberry yogurt
  • Sugar-free chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • Cupcake liners

Instructions:

  • Add strawberry yogurt in cupcake liners.  
  • Add fresh banana slices on top of the yogurt.  
  • Add fresh strawberry slices on top. 
  • Add a layer of vanilla yogurt.
  • Add more bananas and strawberries.
  • Drizzle sugar-free chocolate on top.
  • Sprinkle with coconut.
  • Freeze for about two hours and serve.
