Snacktivity: Banana Fruit “Sushi”

Picky eaters may not like traditional sushi, but children will love this fruit-inspired version! This healthy snack recipe combines bananas, sunflower butter and your child’s favorite toppings, like cereal or chocolate chips. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • Sunflower butter
  • Toppings (coconut flakes, cereal, chocolate chips, etc.)

Instructions:

  • Peel one banana.
  • Cut banana into large chunks.
  • Coat each piece in sunflower butter.
  • Roll the pieces in your favorite toppings, like coconut flakes, cereal or chocolate chips. Enjoy!
