of experience in preschool education, curriculum administration and pre
school management. I experience fulfillment and gratification on a daily basis at our Primrose school. I love seeing young minds grow and watching their faces full of
excitement when they achieve something new.
I am dedicated to having a school full of smiling and happy children. In my personal life, I am devoted to my own family. I have been with my husband for fifteen years and we have four beautiful children; three fun filled boys and one gorgeous girl. They keep us busy, but we take pure happiness and delight in every moment.
I look forward to meeting my new Primrose families! We’re going
to make a great team as we put our efforts together to nurture and educate your child.

My name is Norma Brown and i have over fifteen years of experience in early childhood education for infants. Having specialized in Special Education from the University of El Paso and as a mother, I believe that every child communicates from the day it is born. At Primrose we follow a foundation of interaction that includes listening to Classical music, Sign Language and the use of bright and colorful play things which fosters our childrens' intellectual growth and emotional health. We communicate every aspect of your child's day with you because I truly believe that I am your partner in giving your infants the very best each day.

Mrs. Berry comes to us with over 14 years experience working with children from ages 3 through Private Kindergarten. Mrs. Berry has an Associates degree in Child Development from Valencia College in Florida. She has a 3-year-old son who is in our Preschool 2 classroom. |

My name is Mrs. Guyla Carter. I am new to the Garland area and am happy to be here at Primrose School of Firewheel. Ft. Worth is where I have lived for most of my life and worked in the child care industry. I have over ten years experience teaching infants, toddlers, and early preschool. I love teaching this age group because I feel they are exploring and learning so much during these early stages. I enjoy being a part of their early learning and development here at Primrose because I believe in our curriculum.

I have worked with and volunteered with children of all ages for over twenty years; from teaching Sunday school, teaching in a daycare school,volunteering at an orphanage in Peru, to completing CASA training. My name is Ms. Natia Stubblefield and I am the mother of a four year old son. I have come to Primrose School to begin my foundation in Early Childhood Education. I went to Northern Illinois University to pursue my degree in Chemistry. I plan to complete my education by getting my BS and continuing through to my Doctorate in Education, with a concentration in administration and management. My life goal is to have a positive impact on our future leaders, through education, positive role modeling, and a caring environment.

My name is Jennifer Martin and I am super excited about starting my career at Primrose. I have an eight year old daughter of my own who is in the second grade.I love taking her and my dog to the park and discovering new and fun art projects to keep my daugher busy. I have two younger brothers that I took care of since I was ten years old. I love working with children! They are so much fun to be around and listen to all the stories they have to share. I worked for CVS pharmacy for a little over 9 years as the lead pharmacy technician. In my spare time, I absolutely love to read! Currently, I am in school working on getting my psychology degree. I am very excited to make new friends and a new home at Primrose. |

I am Mrs. Hassan, my degree is a BA in Sociology and I am currently working on a BA in Education, I am fluent in three languages and have been blessed with a wonderful husband and three beautiful children. I enjoy setting a strong foundation for our children and look forward to making a positive difference in their lives. At our Primrose School of Firewheel I have the ability to impart a Balanced learning curriculum and make learning fun for all our children. This gives me great joy! I believe that educating our children for a bright tomorrow will build their self confidence and help them to be the best citizens of tomorrow.

My name is Megan Somerville, I graduated from the Woodlands High School in 2005 and have been working with children ever since. I began working at a Primrose School in Houston in the Pre Kindergarten classroom and during summer camp I worked as an Explorer teacher I quickly fell in love with the children in the Explorers After School Program and decided that this is where I belonged , immediately thereafter I became the lead teacher over that class room. Shortly after becoming the lead teacher, I became engaged to a wonderful guy named Teddy. We will marry in June of 2010 and live in Royce City where we are in the process of buying our first home. With all these wonderful changes occurring in my life. It is a huge blessing to have found The Primrose School of Firewheel where I can continue to do what I love the most, by being a lead teacher for the explorers program. I am so excited to be a part of this team and look forward to meeting you and all the wonderful children here at Primrose. |

Ms.Butcher comes to Primrose with over 15 years of experience in cooking. She enjoys coming to work every morning and getting big hugs from all the children, especially after a great meal! The children love her cooking and tell her everyday. Ms.Butcher's favorite thing to make are breakfast burrito which are always a hit with her friends.She loves to eat Mexican and Italian food.In her spare time, Ms.Butcher loves watching and going to sports games. Her favorites are the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns, Nascar Racer, Tony Stewart, and the Texas Rangers.We are so happy to have Ms.Butcher be a part of our team! |
