Rachel Mock and Jane Kadlec
Welcome! We are Rachel Mock and Jane Kadlec, the proud owners of Primrose School of Rochester! We are so pleased that you have made the decision to consider Primrose Schools on your quest for quality early childhood education and care.
As a mother of two grown young men, Jane knows how difficult it can be to not only find quality care but an exceptional educational program. Jane and her husband Tom raised their sons, Tyler and Tony, in the Rochester area. Both Tyler and Tony completed successful college careers and returned to Rochester to join the family business. Rachel and Tyler became an item at Christmas-time of 2004.
Rachel also knows the in's and out's of early childhood education and care, but from a different perspective. She began her career in the real estate industry and enjoyed several years of success. However, she was left feeling unfulfilled. What difference was she making in the community? Rachel decided to pursue a part-time position with a local child care center and quickly fell head-over-heels in love with not only the children and families, but the business. This new found love quickly became a full-time passion and changed the course of her life.
After several wonderful years at the center, Rachel and the Kadlec family began to talk about how to further pursue the passion for children and families. As we completed our research on top educational childcare businesses, Primrose quickly rose to the top. In the early Spring of 2008 Jane and Rachel made a trip to Acworth, Georgia to experience first hand what Primrose had to offer. After that trip, we knew that Primrose was the best and brightest opportunity for our future and the future of children and families that we look forward to serving in Rochester. We are so excited to bring Primrose Schools to Rochester and are looking forward to serving our community!
