Jana and Richard Radtke
After a successful career in financial management, Jana Radtke opened her first Florida private preschool (through private first grade) in 2001. She researched child care facilities for her own children while in Texas and was impressed with Primrose Schools.
"At the time, I was also looking for balance in my life and my goals. I wanted to balance being involved with children and making a difference in my community and in business. I evaluated every available child care and found that Primrose private school was the best, warmest, and friendliest."

Jana is married with five children. She now has two Primrose Schools in Florida. "The most successful aspect of owning a Primrose School is the sincere thanks and "Good Job!" that a Primrose parent expresses to me about our loving, caring program for their child. My whole family is involved in this business and they genuinely care about our parents and the children we care for and educate every day!"
Jana and her husband and business partner, Richard, are multi-school franchise owners in Florida: Primrose School of Cross Creek (est. 2001) and Primrose School of Tampa Palms (est. 2003). Their third and fourth schools will be built in the Wesley Chapel and Wiregrass Ranch areas of Tampa.
