Family of the Month
James Family (1/27/2010)
Thank you for choosing us to be family of the month! We have enjoyed our time at Primrose over the last year; getting to know the teachers as well as all of Kellen’s classmates. It’s been great watching Kellen grow along with the other children in his class.
Jill and Brandon have been a couple since 1994, but truly became a family on January 7, 2009 when Kellen was born. He was born 5 weeks premature, spending his first 6 days in the NICU before finally coming home. Together, we live in Garland with our 3 cats; Mitts, Mia and Magnus, the three of which Kellen just loves to watch and observe.
While Kellen is at Primrose, Jill works as a speech-language pathologist for Garland ISD. Brandon owns and operates a video game company called Nerve Software in Richardson, TX.
As a family we love to take walks around the neighborhood lake, feeding the ducks and turtles. Kellen’s favorite things to do are move
(groove!) to music, stack blocks, share with others and figure out how things work. Kellen loves to look at books, his favorite being Dinosaur’s Binket by Sandra Boynton. For his first birthday he received a soft panda that his great grandmother gave him that has become his favorite toy.
